I usually luv this one, however, this last time I was very disappointed. My order was wrong & fries were not hot & fresh. I'm not picky but since I was getting off my car I figured I would let them know. They called a supervisor (female) she told the new employee what to do. She thru away my fries & made a fresh batch. To my surprise I was not given a small fries then. It wasn't until her 3RD BATCH OF FRIES that she decided to give me mine with a smirk on her face. I smiled, thanked her & told her I would be calling her supervisor. I forgot so I figured I would mention it here. The night & late night crew are AWESOME! It seems silly for a mature woman to be so passive aggressive over that! Oh & I know for sure she was making me wait on purpose. There was a fresh small fries from that 1st batch just sitting there...

An employee even left the store to make sure the blocking of the drive thru was still up there was at least 5 employees and they were not serving nor answering the

I come to this McDonald’s every time since it’s the nearest one but 4/5 times I go ,they get something wrong in my order. The manager made me pay for their employees mistakes (literally) now I’m eating my food with cold fries

I'd leave zero stars if I could I waited over 20 minutes for my order that I ordered ahead of time and ended up having to come in to ask why it was taking so long to be told they were waiting for nuggets( it's fast food I know it doesn't take that long for nuggets) then I get no apology but get to talk to an Efrain who stated he was the shift lead or supervisor and again his excuse was well I wasn't here for this and again no apology just an excuse as to why I was made wait that long for an order that was ordered ahead and still being bagged when I went in to ask why it took so long but I guess this is what happens when you have a bunch of children running the restaurant. What happened to actually learning how to provide customer service. I wish them luck when they become adults and have to depend on their jobs and they get fired for lacking the basic common sense

I was nearly attacked by a drug addict outside a place last night but having the calm demeanor I do I was able to diffuse it. The reason I am giving this place one star is because one of the employees from inside came out to give food to a person in a car. This man literally just stared at what was happening and then walked back inside and locked the door. What makes it worse is that this man was wearing a different polo shirt to the other employees so he must’ve been a supervisor. Check the tapes, it happened. Will be making a formal complaint to McDonald’s and might pursue legal action but for now a simple review will suffice. Also the large fries were fine as always and the premium hot chocolate is not so premium.
