“I wanted to leave feedback about my experience at the IHOP on Channel Islands in Oxnard.

Abby was our waitress, and she did an outstanding job. I would absolutely give her 5 stars! She was genuinely kind, attentive, professional, and made us feel welcomed throughout our entire meal. She checked on us regularly, had a positive attitude, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. Employees like Abby make a big difference, and I hope she’s recognized for her excellent customer service.

At the beginning of our visit, an older Hispanic woman initially approached our table to take our order. She did not greet us, smile, or make us feel welcomed, and the interaction felt very impersonal. Fortunately, Abby ended up taking over our table, and the atmosphere completely changed for the better.

As customers, great service goes beyond simply taking orders. A friendly smile, a warm greeting, and genuine hospitality make all the difference. “Ordered on line and went to pick up inside restaurant. Wasn't ready when I got there and had a long wait of 15 minutes. Employees are slow and just do what they have to. No sense of urgency like at In N Out Burger.
The Dave's double I got had 4 meat patties, like from the small burgers they have. Dry and not very good. They must have run out of the larger beef patties and substituted 4 of the small ones. Not good. Wendy's used to be a lot better years ago and had big juicy patties, now it's small and dry. They need better management and this particular store is not run very well. I won't be back for a long time.“
