“I wanted to leave feedback about my experience at the IHOP on Channel Islands in Oxnard.

Abby was our waitress, and she did an outstanding job. I would absolutely give her 5 stars! She was genuinely kind, attentive, professional, and made us feel welcomed throughout our entire meal. She checked on us regularly, had a positive attitude, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. Employees like Abby make a big difference, and I hope she’s recognized for her excellent customer service.

At the beginning of our visit, an older Hispanic woman initially approached our table to take our order. She did not greet us, smile, or make us feel welcomed, and the interaction felt very impersonal. Fortunately, Abby ended up taking over our table, and the atmosphere completely changed for the better.

As customers, great service goes beyond simply taking orders. A friendly smile, a warm greeting, and genuine hospitality make all the difference. “A definite must stop and have a meal. The service was excellent very friendly and accommodating to the customer. The cook was not only the best but he was the owner as well. He used his own personal recipes. All the food was homemade and fresh. Mash potatoes were real not that instant kind. I highly recommend this place.“

“Best pizza to get on base in this area! Everything from sauce to toppings was great, cheaper than paying for delivery and better quality. Ive also had breakfast and coffee from here multiple times and it never misses! The only other place to eat on base is Subway. Please don’t close this place down.. it employs people who need it and serves great food the people of Point Mugu.“
