For our group of 8, we ordered the pulled pork and pulled chicken, along with baked beans, cheesy potatoes, and Southern green beans. Every dish was absolutely amazing! The flavors were on point, and we loved that we had plenty of leftovers for several meals afterward. It made our holiday even more special. Thank you, Smokin' Js, for providing such delicious food! I highly recommend coming in Monday or Tuesday for happy hour food and drinks, they have a small menu for happy hour but it’s delicious, reasonably priced, big portions make it a go to for happy hour and date night spot within half a block from beach/harbor walk. Great and friendly atmosphere with friendly staff.“

“We were in town and headed here for lunch on a weekday. We wanted to sit inside and there was a 10 minute wait for a booth, not too bad. Sal was our server and he was great! He checked in on us, noticed and asked if wanted things replenished. We ordered the the Chicken Chipotle Pasta, the Asian Tenderloin Noodle Bowl, and a side of mashed potatoes. The food was delicious. The food portions are big. I probably ate a quarter of my pasta and my wife ate half of her noodle bowl. There are times where I do feel like I'm overpaying for a meal, but I'm aware of that prior to eating here, which is about once a year. We went on National Cheesecake Day, so slices were half off, which was great. We ordered the Celebration Cheesecake and that was good.“

“I’m very upset with all the changes that whole foods has changed since Amazon purchased the company. They used to allow customers to purchase drinks and drink them at the bar, which brought lots of traffic to the area but unfortunately they do not allow that option no more.Susan made our visit to whole foods worth our time. Tremendous customer service ! If I return to Rincón it will be because of “Susan”.“

“I used to eat here as a child. I moved back to area and finally got around to visiting again. Its as good as I rememeber. Got a double Billy burger with bacon. Taste was very good with some char like I enjoy. Tomatoes, lettuce and condiments added to it very well. Also got 2 of their tacos. They fry them there on the flat top. Its a bit greasy but thats where the flavor is!! Ill definitely continue going. Its kind of old looking place but the food is worth it with decent prices.“

“I’ve gone in multiple times with my family and have had some bad experiences there but lately it’s been great! We’ve had Fidel as our server these past couple times and he’s amazing! Always brings our Order accurately and is always quick to give us refills and to satisfy our needs! He’s the best server there! Food is great, ambiance was great, the bussers are always very nice as well and are always on top of everything. Best restaurant in the area.“
