“Brittany and Collin were awesome. We are from Boise, and when we walked in Boise State was playing on tv. A random volleyball game. It was surreal. We drove 3 am this morning and happened to find this place and Boise state was on tv. That’s insane. It was meant to be. This place is magic.“

“We’ve been going to Cabo for years and one of our favorite reasons is the staff! They are attentive and friendly! They have a new server Carissa and she is absolutely amazing! She is attentive and kind and patient! Thanks Cabo amazing food as always and a family atmosphere that keeps us coming back!“

“Bar Rincon is such a great spot to have in the area. I really love the atmosphere here because it has a relaxed, local feel while still being a fun place to go out and enjoy yourself. The drinks are great, the vibe is always welcoming, and it’s the kind of place that works whether you’re meeting up with friends, grabbing a drink after work, or just looking for somewhere different to spend the evening. It’s always nice seeing local businesses like this continue to bring more life and energy to the area. Definitely a spot I’d recommend checking out if you’re in Rincon!“

“On arrival we were seated right away. Food took a bit but it was a busy night. The server was amazing, always checking if we needed anything and very polite.
The truffle burger and the boneless chicken wings were a bit too salty for my taste, besides that the food was good overall.“

“Good place to hang out and have drinks“
“When looking for a place to go out with friends on a thursday check out La Vida nightclub. Order the nachos, they are orgasmic! Yes, you read that right, best nachos in all of Oxnard. On thursday nights DJ plays salsa and bachata. It's FREE cover charge. The service is excellent, the drinks are well poured. My recommendation is the AMF or a nice cold michelada (also the best in Oxnard)“
“Great spot to eat and drink, small bar but a lot of dining area. I highly recommend coming in Monday or Tuesday for happy hour food and drinks, they have a small menu for happy hour but it’s delicious, reasonably priced, big portions make it a go to for happy hour and date night spot within half a block from beach/harbor walk. Great and friendly atmosphere with friendly staff.“

“35-years ago was my first stop in to Camelot Room. A blue-collar, workin’ man’s bar, Joe owned the place, Yvonne ran it .. bartenders were cool, drinks tasty and cheap, locals tight and friendly .. and this place just immediately felt like ‘Home.’ Over the years, we ate, drank, smoked, joked, sang and screwed our way thru some damn good times!! In 3 1/2 decades, regulars who became dear friends have come, gone .. many passing away. But does the heart good to know the same cool ‘locals vibe’ is alive and well .. and new generations are finding appreciation for what is still, the best kept secret in town. My respect… ??“

Everything from the fresh chips and salsa to the entrées and drinks—was absolutely delicious. The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and the drinks are perfectly made. You can really taste the love in every dish.
Special recognition to Nubia, who made the experience even better. She was attentive, friendly, and honestly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. 😁“
