“Tucked away behind a blue door, is a classy speakeasy-themed bar with smashing decor, fabulous drinks, and mixologists with finesse. This clean, sleek gem of a place is my favorite place to have a unique cocktail and bites. The lighting is cozy and on certain nights they have live music. Go, check it out. You can stop by the main restaurant and/or step back in time and enjoy this spiffy and sophisticated spot. Love it.“

“Sunset Terrace is my "GO TO" social and sports bar in Thousand Oaks and I frequent 3 times a week. By far they have the best happy hour on weekdays 3 - 7 pm. (Drinks - 50% off / Food - 25% off). They have plenty of pool tables, big screen TVs, and the only bowling alley (4 lanes) in town. The crowd is mostly locals who welcome newbies and make them feel right at home. The bartenders and servers are friendly and efficient and I rate their food a #10. The have security and I like the fact that never have I seen a fight there. “We celebrated my mom’s 90 th birthday last night at Ottavios. We have had prior celebrations in the past, 44 years ago we had our Wedding Rehearsal dinner there ! The back private room is so nice to have a dinner party! We were allowed to arrive early and decorate. All the staff were very attentive and friendly! The food was delicious and huge portions! The service was excellent! I highly recommend Ottavios if you are looking for the perfect dinner party location!“

“Enegren has a great tasting room with plenty of seating. if you have never had their beer you can get a flight to sample their beers and then dive into what you like. I love their NightHawk. A dark, roasty nutty glass of deliciousness.“

“Food is excellent - pricey but well worth the money. Overall service also excellent as you’d expect from a fine dining restaurant. Servers very attentive and courses are perfectly paced. We loved that it was fine dining but provided both an elegant atmosphere indoors and a more casual atmosphere out on the patio. The bruschetta and fried calamari appetizers were fantastic. So was the Chicken Marssla w/mash and Grilled Salmon w/risotto. But the Grilled Rack of Lamb w/mash and the Chilean Bass w/risotto were just unbelievable!! We will definitely go back!“

“Had a great time my first time there. It looked the the kind of place a fight might break out. But everyone was super cool and friendly. Had lots of fun playing pool and drinking beer. They had a great DJ on Saturday night that had the crowd dancing and having a great time.“

“I'm not sure if Cinépolis pioneered the dine-in theater trend, but they certainly have been doing it right for a long time.

The whole place feels premium. Now, this comes with a price tag, but it is markedly better than the big chains (even though many now offer recliners and menus as well).

The food here is surprisingly good. I had a chicken tikka masala pizza! The popcorn is actually prepared and served for you fresh, so it's evenly buttered and not stale.

The chairs are comfortable and extremely spacious. They're kind of arranged in pairs, so if you go with one other person, you feel like it's just the two of you, not crowded by other people. It might be a little uncomfortable to go solo.

The screens are fine - this is certainly not an immersive IMAX situation, but they get the job done.

Be prepared to pay a little more; I won't go see every movie here. But for a special occasion it's a fun option.“
