I gave three stars on service because I grabbed a table in the lounge and waited maybe 9-10 mins ppl walking around it wasnt busy and nobody came to my table, went back to the front to make a change and the host (1 of 4ppl) could have done better at grabbing me a seat in the very empty dinning room instead of going through it to the point that I almost bailed. “I brought a friend from out of town here for lunch. she'd never spent any time on the West Coast and she loves seafood. We had a window seat and a wonderful view of the ocean waves. My friend ordered a Paloma cocktail and our waiter told her about their Paniolo cocktail. We learned from waiter that it was made with agave spirit. She loved it. I had to have a taste and it was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. I ordered the Mango BBQ Chicken Salad, hold the corn, and it was so good I finished the whole thing. My friend had the Chilled Shrimp Salad and was able to substitute the Thousnd Island dressing for something else, on the side. We had an enjoyable lunch and I look forward to my next visit to Duke's Malibu.“

We got the surfrider tasting ($30) which included 4 of their white wine offerings. The staff was very friendly and it was a good place for an afternoon wine tasting.“
