“I forgot how much I loved The Six! We hadn't dined here since the pandemic, and we're excited to finally get to the new location. The buffalo cauliflower and brussel sprout appetizers were hits with our whole table. My favorite menu item is the garlic noodles!“
“Really beautiful restaurant and our service was very good. Our waitress was very polite and informative about the area and answered all of our questions. The food however, must be like this because of the demographic. But we were expecting a more authentic Mexican experience. It was enjoyable but not exactly Mexican food more fusion. Will definitely return for the atmosphere though!!“
“We have been going to Rosti for the past 5years. During this time, we have had Sabrina as our server for the many times we have eaten there. She is one of the best servers we have ever had at any restaurant we have visited. She is so efficient, the orders are always perfect, she is cordial, so sweet and above all so professional. Rosti is very fortunate to have her as one of their staff members. Thank you Sabrina for making our time at Rosti so enjoyable every time you are our server.“
“The food was good, but a little pricey for breakfast. The service was pretty good until the waitress went on break and didn't tell us. There was no backup coverage. I would have preferred to sit inside because it was cold that day, but we would have waited longer since it was busy when we arrived. This was my first time dining at Sunrose.“
“Gourmet food court with a relevant bar. How can it go wrong? It doesn't. Everything I've tried so far is top notch, inventive, and delicious. Incredible pizza from D Town, and great sushi from Temaki. And I'm a sushi snob. Downside is that it's all kind of pricey, but it's worth it.“
“Magianos Little Italy is a true gem in the world of Italian dining! From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with the warmest of welcomes and a cozy inviting atmosphere. The menu at Magianos is a culinary delight. The dishes are bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. Not only is the food exceptional, but the service at Magianos is top-notch. The staff is friendly and attentive. We were a party of eight and the waiters and staff truly went above and beyond and made us feel like VIP.The reason for this review is because of the manager Boyd. His passion for food and customer satisfaction shined through in his interactions with both guests and staff. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering insightful recommendations and ensuring that each dish was prepared and presented to perfection. His dedication to excellence elevated the overall dining experience to a whole new level.Boyd is an example of what a manager in the hospitality industry should aspire to be. His passion, professionalism, and dedication to creating unforgettable dining experiences make him an invaluable asset to the restaurant. I cannot recommend him enough and look forward to returning and enjoying his exceptional service and of course the amazing dishes.“
“Great drinks! A little loud inside but they have a great outside patio where you can play some games and chat. Inside they got gaming consoles and games to play at the booths! Great activities to do while you wait, and the staff are very attentive! Loved the calm fun “
“Some restaurant menus make me feel good, prompted by good ingredients, spotless floors and a staff that understand that it’s as hard to keep a customer as to create a new one.Other places, and you probably know of a few, offer a lot of pastas and entrees, or maybe a few signature dishes that make a place unique, but disappoint when overpaying for a lower experience. I wish them well. But some restaurants surpriseme. I just had lunch at Basta, in Agora’s Whizzin Market and gotta say I’m surprised, and a little miffed.Sure the staff are great with each one genuinely happy I came in. They even smiled. The atmosphere is open, inviting, warm and has a great combination of Mexican blues, warm tones, and wrought iron.I’ve never been here before as Whizzin Market is a little out of the way for me.But in spite of all the reasons it should have all been in the feel good category, my lunch went another direction.I had originally thought to order one of the bowls which cater to veggie, meat, or fish prefs. The Jidori Chicken Bowl seemed my speed which I asked about. My server, Cruz asked if I wanted the roast chicken or the bowl?Roast Chicken is my comfort food and I lost my mind for a beat. Then committed a classic amateur restaurant goer move:The panic order.“Roasted, please,” I heard myself say. Cruz refilled my coffee and disappeared. The dice now rolled, I waited. The chicken was good. No, not just good, but magnificent. So good I felt a mix of relief, surprise and annoyance. None of this was directed at the staff, Basta’s management, or the even the poor chicken.First, being from a small town in Indiana originally, I’ve eaten chicken at least 23x a week since 1970 and I’ve never tasted chicken like this. From the light golden sauce to crispy skin, it was ideally cooked and served immediately. I had no idea. No exaggerating.Second, that this lunch in terms of price point is a super value. Check the menu when you stop in, but you’ll find Basta a wonderful value for the level of care and attention to it all.All that to say, I’m so mad I haven’t been here earlier. Regardless of the distance, it should have been on my list.Consider yourself warned you may feel the same.Parking: Get here early if Canyon Club has a show.“
“I was really stoked to have found such a classic, while my way up the coastline. This place has the feel for the kind of mental imagery, or thought bubble, that comes to mind when you think of the phrase," local seafood restaurant," and the food definitely didn't disappoint us either. The entree portions leaned more toward large and the servings were generous in all areas of the menu, we felt like overall, it was a good value for the money and favoured the taste saved on the roof of a seasoned pallet, as well as, the satisfaction of the wide eyed stomach to the pockets of the people profiting behind the brand.“
“Larsens is number one in SoCal for me. I like Flemings but Larsens is still The One❤️. I gave three stars on service because I grabbed a table in the lounge and waited maybe 9-10 mins ppl walking around it wasnt busy and nobody came to my table, went back to the front to make a change and the host (1 of 4ppl) could have done better at grabbing me a seat in the very empty dinning room instead of going through it to the point that I almost bailed. My server was on point and I appreciated that! I ordered 2 Rib Eye Steaks to conpare the 18 oz to the 20 oz… 18 won ALL THE WAY! I took them both to go. Thanks Larsens see you again soon“
“Excellent food, I had the smash burger, my friend the blackened salmon. It was a fun and really loud crowd. No problem getting seated. The staff was very professional and no pressure.Parking: Valet fills up quickly at busy times. I was so full they had to close it before I arrived. Very little street parking at busy times, and the area looks a little suspect.“
“Spruzzo is a hidden gem in Pacific Palisades. The ambience is very soothing and the service is exceptional. Everyone ordered a different salad to start and they were all delicious. Our entree's ranged from fish to pasta and we could not been happier. The food was phenomenal. The price was reasonable and we will certainly be back! Great restaurant! ?“
“I brought a friend from out of town here for lunch. she'd never spent any time on the West Coast and she loves seafood. We had a window seat and a wonderful view of the ocean waves. My friend ordered a Paloma cocktail and our waiter told her about their Paniolo cocktail. We learned from waiter that it was made with agave spirit. She loved it. I had to have a taste and it was delicious. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. I ordered the Mango BBQ Chicken Salad, hold the corn, and it was so good I finished the whole thing. My friend had the Chilled Shrimp Salad and was able to substitute the Thousnd Island dressing for something else, on the side. We had an enjoyable lunch and I look forward to my next visit to Duke's Malibu.“
“Bar Louie is fun they have a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays. There is no cover and every time I've been there I've been seated very quickly. There's ample parking and the plus is there is also Yard house around the corner. I usually order the Dos Sauz margarita. The truffle fries are delicious as well. It's a good place to get the night started.“
“I hosted my 70th birthday on Easter Sunday at Corbin Bowl. Every Corbin staff member I dealt with in planning & executing this event were wonderful! I loved the venue because it has a 60's vibe. It is all about bowling. But they also have a bar area, food selections were good, and the game room was great for the kids. Definitely 5 star worth rating?“
“Omg, we ended up at this restaurant looking for another one, it was a blessing in disguise. The food is amazing, we all had different dishes and we all loved them. The mango margarita was the bomb. Our waiter Juan was so attentive and courteous. I will be coming “
“I did not eat so I’m not sure if this place offers food. The drinks are affordable and they have live bands play. I saw “Animal sleep” and they were a chaotic group which happened to be really good.. I would see them again and I would also attend this bar againParking: You can find parking along the one way driveway following around the back“
“I don't know if anytime I come here I'm hungry for something special and something real good But, I end up here at yard house and it never fails to deliver...........I got today a chicken tortilla soup and it was heavenly and for the main course I got the Thai grilled pork chop and it was really freaking good. I also had my fav beer from here called GARAGE nice crisp citrusy taste(super delicious). You got to come to this place. It's super awesome and the music is......I mean was 80s and it was cool“
“OMG!!! If you are reading this, it means you're considering going to Tavern 101 Grill & Tap House out of all the options available... Well, STOP IT, JUST GO!!!!FOOD AMAZING!!! Wings, Mac& Cheese, Prime Rib sandwich, Short Ribs sandwich, Sweet Potato Fries, (Seriously, THE SWEET POTATO FRIES ARE NEXT LEVEL NO NEXT GENERATION... for real, they actually taste like you've read they're SUPPOSED to taste, crunchy and soft, SWEET.... SO GOOD!!!!) MAC AND CHEESE... OMG... SO GOOD!!!! Outdoor patio for my doggies pleasure, and the vibe, the music, LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!SO, GO AND ENJOY YOURSELF!!!!“
“Beautiful location at The Vineyards At Porter Ranch. I ordered the St. Louis Ribs and Fried Chicken Combo with French Fries and BBQ Baked Beans. Everything tasted good and not overly seasoned. I will definitely go back and try some other dishes.“
“We went to this location yesterday to celebrate our Anniversary. Jesse was our server and he was phenomenal!! Everything was top notch. Food arrived promptly at the right temperature. He anticipated our needs and we didn't have to ask for anything. Thank you to Wood Ranch and especially to Jesse for a wonderful experience!“
“The patio is absolutely lovely and serene. Everything we ordered was plated beautifully and so delicious. The portions are also a good size. We were all very pleased with our restaurant selection and we plan on returning soon to try more from the menu.“
“Not only are the servers super attentive but the food never misses. The food quality is consistent and we always leave satisfied! I've tried a variety of the steak options but the steak Ranchero is by far my favorite! The garlic rice is a perfect touch with the refried beans! Awesome place, definitely one of my go-to's!“
“Was told the kitchen was already closed when we arrived but then a group of 3 that walked in after us was able to order some fries which is what we had wanted. Got an old fashioned and a Diablo. Old fashioned was good and on the stronger side. Karaoke was going on. There were a lot of people but had no trouble getting a seat and it didn't feel crowded. The bartender (I think Mike?) was nice and checked in even though it was busy.“
“Love this place for when I really want to treat my family to something special. I had Spanish mackerel sushi which was was smooth and buttery. The waitress suggested the banh-something roll and I was quite pleased with the flavor... the spicy little kick at the end was good and not too spicy. The only hiccup was that the waitress forgot to put my mom's order in, so unfortunately it came much later, but I'm still eating it a 5 stars because the manager took care of it right away and the waitress did a great job otherwise, from answering all our questions, seeming very knowledgeable, and asking if we were there for a special occasion; it was my son's birthday and the free mochi dessert was a lovely touch ?“
“It's a laid back steak house vibe Prices are comparable if not better than other steak houses in LA. Inside and outside are obviously different. From some of these reviews it seems like people don't understand that. they have heaters btw! But depending on the weather and my party size I go back and forth. Really love the happy hour here! Best burger on westside! Lily is fantastic and always super helpful The bar is so fun on Friday and Saturday nights!! Although can get a little cougarish Baker and kelly are awesome!!! Love stopping in on Friday nights when they are working!“
“It's a good little dive bar. But that's it. Nothing more nothing less. Parking is crazy tight. They have bands and karaoke sometimes. Breakfast on Saturday/Sunday. Nothing special to write home about but it's a cozy little dive bar everybody knows everyone.Dietary restrictions: If you're a vegetarian or vegan although they have salads this is probably not a good option.Kid-friendliness: Not really kid friendly, they do come in sometimes with mom and dad but not at night.“
“Summer Somewhere Wines is a very small wine shop near PCH in Malibu. It's located inside the Fred Segal store but offers wine tastings. The brand is family-owned consisting of a seasoned wine maker husband and an artist wife that make their wines in Santa Barbara County. They have different types of wine tastings including whites, reds, and a mixture. We got the surfrider tasting ($30) which included 4 of their white wine offerings. The staff was very friendly and it was a good place for an afternoon wine tasting.“
“Instant replay is a chill bar if you want to have a drink with some friends. The bartender was friendly and really cool. They had some cool music playing and also have a jukebox that you can request songs on. They have a good selection of beers on tap so I'm sure you'll be able to find something you'll like. Definitely the kind of place you can go to and just hang out especially for the price. Just don't forget to tip your bartenders.“
“Very surprised at the classy environment despite the fact its such a small establishment, but that made absolutely no difference in the quality of the atmosphere, customer service and the friendliness of the working young ladies. Their demeanor was so amazing, not rude stuck up or in anyway unwelcoming. They were actually extremely classy, and that made the whole place classy.. And not the least bit distasteful which was a pleasant surprise based on bad past experiences at less desirable establishments. So thank you ladies for such a great experience ❤️ I would recommend to all my friends hands down.Parking: Plenty of gated parking“
“Morton's Steakhouse in Woodland Hills offers a fantastic dining experience. The atmosphere is classy and welcoming, making it suitable for various occasions. The steaks are cooked just right, and the sides complement them perfectly. The service is attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone craving a quality steak in a nice setting.“
“We went to El Torito for Brunch and everything was so good! It's a great price and with bottomless mimosas! Our waitress Dora M was so nice and sweet, she kept the refills coming. Music is also very good. We'll definitely be coming back!“
“Great and beautiful restaurant. The service from our servers was kind and excellent. The food was yummy. The fried calamari was so fresh. well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I forgot to take a photo of my crabcakes (2) and avocado salad, but they were also delicious. The double chocolate dessert still has me wating more a day later?. Can't forget my hot mint tea, I could tell the mint was freshly picked from the garden. Delicious.“
“Great service from Omar! Came here with my boss to have a late birthday lunch for her and I was glad she loved this place because this lady is piiiiiiicky lol. She ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas and I had the salad with shrimp. The shrimp on my salad was one of the best shrimps I have ever had it was absolutely delicious. My salad tasted very organic and fresh I would get it again. This place can be expensive but it is pretty delicious“
“I love this place and the employees were all so great and made me feel very welcomed. The the food was amazing to they serve breakfast all day and I was in that kinda mood but my husband ordered the taco's and they were delicious it all was.“
“I got the "keep em coming" salads ($11) and a falafel pita ($15) and everything was DIVINE. The salads are unlimited and comes with a huge laffa bread so even after stuffing my face, I was only able to finish 4 salads and half the bread, i didnt even touch my pita and fries. You are able to refill all the salads and take them to go! With the salads, bread, pita, and fries, It fed me for an additional 4 meals.Place is pricey but if you order the right stuff. It'll feed you for DAYS.Vegetarian options: The salads are marked for Vegan or Vegetarian, I went with my vegab brother last year and we Both left super full from the salads and falafel“
“I'll keep it extremely brief because it's a local bar and there isn't much you need to know. First thing to be noted is Terry and Will the bartenders are valley legends, I'll take the Pepsi challenge that they have the best pours within a 15 mile radius. Now I'll warn you it's 1000% a local bar. Very no frills and the men's bathroom is reminiscent of a NYC subway in the 80's but it's all good because you can get a triple Tito's and red bull for $6. Come on down, have a drink and tip your bartender“
“One of my favorite places to eat, but besides my fav Sharky’s burrito, I love their cookies (specifically, choc chip), but they said they haven’t had any cookies in about a month!! I was there less than month ago and their statement is correct. Didn’t have them then, either. I don’t understand it. I hope whatever is going on is corrected, soon. Anyway, still love the place and the one in Chatsworth, too. Just get those cookies rolling, again! LOL, but seriously.“
“This place is absolutely amazing! The food is just incredible and the view is breathtaking. I can't get enough of the delicious dishes they serve here. The drinks are also top-notch and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Overall, everything about this place is just great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.“
