Restaurant Seating Barn Furniture had a good selection of teak table tops at good price points. We ordered a 36” round, teak table tops at and we really like it. It arrived in short order and the quality was nice. I teak oiled the top and bottom. It turned out fabulous!“

I'll admit, I didn't expect to fall in love with El Potro Bar. At first glance, I thought it might not be my vibe, but boy was I wrong! This hidden gem has become my regular haunt, and for good reason.

The real stars of the show are bartenders Alejandra and Raquel. They're two of the kindest, most attentive, skilled and attractive bartenders I've encountered in ages. Their warm smiles, quick wit, and expertly crafted drinks make every visit a delight.

Sure, the atmosphere might be laid-back and slow-paced, but that's exactly what I've grown to appreciate. No pretentiousness, just genuine hospitality and a cozy ambiance that makes me feel right at home.

Alejandra and Raquel know their stuff, always willing to offer recommendations or whip up something special. Their passion shines through in every pour, and it's infectious.

Don't let the slow pace fool you - El Potro Bar has become my favorite spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or simply enjoy a perfectly chilled beer.

“We came to Paragon Bar and Grill for brunch right after my daughter’s graduation from CSUN. I found the place through a quick internet search and didn’t really know what to expect, but I was able to make a reservation online for a party of 13 with no issue. Our reservation was right when they opened at 11am on a Sunday, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves—just a couple of people at the bar. The space definitely leans more bar than grill, but it worked well for our group. Very low-key and relaxed. The menu had plenty of options, which was great since we had a few picky eaters. Everyone found something they liked, and the food was excellent across the board. The service stood out—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We didn’t order many drinks, but even so, I was surprised at how reasonable the bill was for such a large group. Only downside: the bathroom could use a refresh. It’s what you’d expect in a neighborhood bar—functional but not the highlight of the visit. Would absolutely go back. Great experience overall, and I really appreciate the staff for helping make the day special.“

“Tried line dancing for the first time here and absolutely loved it. Even though the place was packed, it never felt chaotic or overwhelming, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.
As someone who had never done line dancing before, I really appreciated that there were beginner-friendly dances as well as more advanced ones for experienced dancers. One of the nicest parts of the night was simply watching the couples on the floor, they were clearly having a great time, and it added such a warm, fun energy to the atmosphere.“

servers and bartenders have grown on me. They do their job and they have personality.. Always come through and help me find a new drink that I like. Beatriz, Liana, Lorena, and Steven are great to come across when they work here. The vibes are great. Music is great. Come when you have the time. “My husband and I usually go during happy hour for their poke nachos and crispy brussel sprouts but have tried a few other things. Everything we've tried has been delicious but occasionally varies in preparation quality. We went on March 18th and ordered the poke nachos but they were not as good. The portion was a lot smaller than usual, so we decided to order another one. The second one came out great (I included a picture of the one prepared correctly) and that's when we realized they left off ingredients from the first one sent. They were still good but it was interesting that the two plates were that different. We didn't mention this to our waiter and I'm sure they would have been accommodating but maybe plates should be checked for quality before they're delivered?

Another note, we usually sit at the bar but we got a table the last time since the bar was packed. We were obviously fine with this but the cleanliness was extremely lacking. The menus had food on them and greasy fingerprints. I'm also not sure why the booths are never wiped down?? The tables are cleaned but the food just lands on the seats. Then you're wondering what else isn't cleaned, look around, and notice all the other spots that aren't wiped down. So gross.“

“The service was excellent! Our server was incredibly attentive—she kept our chips, pico de gallo, and waters refilled throughout the meal and checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed for a relaxing dinner.

The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the shrimp fajitas while my husband had the asada tacos. The portions were perfect, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I only wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. This place is excellent!“
