We were taken here by friends when visiting them locally. They have been coming here since the 1970s and apparently it hasn’t changed. It was very busy with loyal older clientele. All traditional style red leather banquets, dimmed lighting and lots of dark wood. Chill spot. Been here a few times and it’s always been kinda slow. Food is good but seems a little pricy for what it is.I had filet mignon Bolognese as well which was good nothing memorable.The spaghetti and meatballs was also OK.I did like the martinis, though.It’s a good place to try at least once.

This place takes you back many decades, but it's genuine. The food is classic Italian, the service is good and the atmosphere is apparently unchanged since opening, so it's a genuine retro experience. Id grab the table at the end of the bar that the regulars don't gravitate to buy it's my favorite. Don't come when I do, in that case. Unless you're with me. Ha.
