Last night I went to the Cowboy Palace to meet some friends. I showed up on my Harley Davidson wearing my United States Marine Corp vest. Security at the door told me I could not enter the bar unless I took my vest off. I was told "NO COLORS ALLOWED". I tried to explain that I am not a 3 piece patch. Pretty chill spot
Beautiful space, but the service fell short. I really wanted to love this place based on the great reviews, and the aesthetics are absolutely beautiful (exactly my vibe). Unfortunately, my first impression wasn't great. The overall atmosphere felt off, largely due to the service. The bartender passed me over to serve others and answered my questions with a forceful, unwelcoming tone. It's a gorgeous spot, but I hope the customer service can improve to match the environment.
