“I like sitting in one of the two outdoor patios, that are dog friendly, with a view of the channels and all the boats. Often see a sea creature or two swimming by, just so pleasant.

“My favorite spot in oxnard!! We make a point to try new things on the menu often because everything is so good!! Full of flavor and super fresh ingredients. The tacos are by far my favorite but the fresh made empenadas are a close second!! Everything's made fresh to order so it's hot and delicious! The owner is also super nice. Great spot.“

Been fortunate to eat in some of the best restaurants in the U.S. I would choose Otani’s Fried Teriyaki Snapper with double rice over any other meal that’s out there. Otani’s was a staple for me growing up and had the fortune of knowing the family. Crave it constantly and go there every day whenever I make it back to town.“

“Had some time to kill this week and headed in to have some lunch, ordered a carne asada taco and albóndigas. Having worked in Mexican food places I figured the soup was gonna take longer. But it took about 20-25 mins to get the taco and the soup. The soup was delicious! But I had to cancel the taco since it took so long. If u are in a rush do not eat there..
If you have plenty of time and like homemade tortillas head in. The workers where friendly, but sadly I never got my money back for my taco 3.50 isn't much but it does leave me with bit of a poor experience because of it. Could have been 5 stars. Again food is delicious and greatly seasoned.“

“This is a food truck that parks in the Vons shopping center. I ordered a steak and shrimp plate. It’s not overly salted, which is how I prefer it. The veggies are nice and crisp. Dip them in the ginger sauce, and the veggies rise to another level. You can choose between plain rice or fried rice. Obvi I’m gonna go with the fried rice. The fried rice still retains a bit of moisture, and I love that. Other spots serve a dry fried rice, and it’s cool if that’s your thing but I prefer it not so dry. Be sure to ask for extra white sauce and pour that over your rice. Explosion of flavor in your mouth! I asked for Medium cooked steak, of which was served at just the right temperature. The steak has a nice exterior sear, while maintaining the juicy center. I feel like the shrimp can use a little charring on the outside, but overall they were fully cooked and still had a nice crunch to them. Again, that white sauce will elevate the shrimp. Every time I order, my order is ready within 15 minutes. Staff seem friendly and they always have a smile on their face. The food truck itself looks clean and well kept. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. I will keep coming back.“

“I only got to try them recently due to DoorDash and I have to say I like them way better than the snooty ones at Seafood. Their section is smaller but they are so generous with their portions. There's usually 2 ladies that work behind the counter and they know how to handle orders from the app, updating new items and removing those that are out vs the ones at Seafood are so dang clueless that they usually end up cancelling my orders. I do take my time to pickup the food so I know it'll be ready when I get there. I have returned countless times now, almost at a weekly basis, trying out different dishes and all have been delicious so far. The folks are friendly and take great care of packing the food ❤️“

“Highly recommend! I ordered uni (sea urchin) and otoro. They were excellent: fresh, rich, and high quality, with no off taste or smell even without any extra preparation. “I try not to visit the big brand name juice places because there are lots of little ones that need attention. This is one of those small places play finally visited and I am glad I did. We have more than just juices here, but I settled for the mango papaya large size, but I should have settled for something smaller. It was too much for me but I did like it a lot. Service was good.“
