Carl's Jr. on Rose Ave offers a welcoming and clean atmosphere. Customers are greeted as soon as they enter by friendly staff who take orders quickly and accurately. The service is consistently described as polite, respectful, and professional, with employees going above and above to accommodate customers, even when an app reward does not work. Specific staff members, including Stephanie Farfan, Edgar, Apple, and Joceline, are noted for providing the best customer service and making customers feel welcomed. One cashier did not rush an indecisive customer and told them to take their time. The food comes out fast, fresh, and hot. A burger was juicy and flavorful, the fries were crispy and golden, and the drink was ice cold. The dining area is consistently tidy, organized, and spotless. The overall experience is excellent from start to finish, leaving customers feeling happy and full. Many customers will definitely be coming back and would recommend Carl's Jr. to family and friends.
