“Donuts are really light and fluffy. The people running the place keep it really clean and are extremely friendly. Coffee is always hot and fresh. I really like that apple bran muffins. And they will do a special giant donut if you order ahead. Great for a birthday! They also have lots of other drinks to choose from and ice cream. The buildings in the complex are all kind of ran down and junkie but at least spudnuts got new tables. It also have a community board with local businesses and items for sale. It is a must try donut spot if you are new in town!!!“
“If fancy cookies is your thing, you found the right place! They are cooked to perfection with a crispy outside and soft & gooey middle. Your cookie(s) will be placed in a beautiful pink box and around $4.25 each cookie with a 4-pack running at $16.50. They rotate flavors so, don't expect to order your favorite. There is a display of cookie flavors they are offering at the front counter. My personal favorite is the Classic Pink, keeping it simple with a sugar cookie and pink swirl of almond frosting. ? pro tip: Download the app for points and add your bday for a free cookie on that day.“
“I read some of these poor reviews and they are laughable, all but the one who said they went in and there were no donuts, that's a valid complaint. Look, if you want Spudnuts, or some other expensive donut shop with a bathroom in Camarillo, go to Camarillo and pay double. Also, if you don't have money to pay a lady for her product and time, don't waste her time and give the business a bad review because you're broke. If you want a smoothie made as good and as fast as Starbucks or Coffee Bean or whatever, made with real fruit, go there and pay double. I don't drink all that happy crap so I can't say anything about how they make them or what they use. I have been going to Terry's for years and I think their donuts are the best around. I agree they should probably just stick to what they do best; coffee and donuts, but if they need to sell the other happy crap to stay in business then I guess they have to. The employees are friendly family folks and they do their best to please everyone.“
“I went this morning to buy some tamales in all the flavors. WOW?? they are so delicious I mean they are delicious. The staff is very nice and the baker gave me a piece of fresh hot bread called a puercito. THE BREAD IS FRESH AND DELICIOUS ? I will definitely keep coming back.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room to move around.“
“WOW WOW WOW WOW! We absolutely love this place! Family owned. All of the recipes are from the Grandma, traditional recipes from Mexico. This place is located in the old Woolworth's building in downtown Oxnard. There's parking on the street (love that there's no parking meters). There's two tables (more like picnic tables and benches) in front. The sandwiches are made with croissants (very light, fresh and tasty). We haven't had the crepes yet, but they do look very tasty too! We had the ham & cheese sandwich (with thick slices of both), guava empanadas (these are my absolute favorites here), and I had the cafe jesuita (sweet coffee). They also offer iced drinks, frappes, raspados, Oaxacan hot chocolate. Pastries: assorted cookies, flan, macarons (a variety of flavors). 10 different kinds of sweet crepes. The prices are very reasonable. Stop in and introduce yourself to one of the family members, Juan (dad to the owner).“
“I decided to stop here last weekend because it was raining and I was craving coffee and pan dulce. The staff was really nice and the pan dulce was really good. I got a croissant, cheese danish, a puerquito and some small conchas. I definitely plan on going here anytime I'm craving it.“
“yesterday was my first time going here with my mom. the donuts were so soft and delicious! we tried one of the cake donuts and i was afraid it would leave a greasy feeling in my mouth like other donuts usually do but it didn't so i was really happy about that. the lady that helped us out was super sweet and helpful. on top of all of that, they're affordable. definitely will be going back!“
“GETTING HERE: Oxnard Donuts is located on Gonzales Road, almost to the intersection of Ventura Road. If you're on Gonzales heading towards Victoria, it's located on the right hand side before Ventura Road. If you've hit the intersection/Popeye's Chicken, you've gone too far. REVIEW: Definitely a solid 4.5 star donut shop and I am rounding up for the regulars (customers) who greeted me in the shop and also the awesome service from, who I can only assume, is the owner. :)I don't know how many times I have driven by here, and I always make a mental note to swing by, but usually I am on the wrong side of Gonzales or on my way to an appointment. This visit, thankfully, the stars all aligned. :)Parking was a breeze, thankfully. I walked in and was greeted by all. I bought a variety of items, muffins and ham and cheese sandwiches too. Sadly, no pictures but I will add their cream cheese (I think that's the name of it!) muffins were SO good. Moist, fresh, fluffy, all the good things you want all rolled into one. The ham and cheese sandwich thing was a GREAT BIG hit, also. Since I almost ordered our her entire stock, ha, she kindly gave me some donut holes, too. Win win! Thank you!Definitely recommend if you're in the area; stop on by for some great sweets!“
“Very fresh, very authentic, very good service, and very generous portions.I love coming here. I love the employees, owner, and they have very tasty bread. My go to is: Quesadilla de chicharrón, costillas rojas (ribs), and Chile relleno. Will be back!“
“I didn’t know this little Mexican gem existed! Everything is so fresh! They have baked goodies, traditional plates , delicious burritos , they sell Birria by the lb and much more … the line was backed out the door and I know why nowWe got a tocino , huevo y papas burrito, soooo fresh and good. Has a kick to it, we put their beans in it instead of rice … I’ll def be back!!“
“Master's Donuts has a great selection of donuts, breakfast bites, and boba/smoothies. My friend and I came here for a quick breakfast bite. I've driven by this spot many times and hadn't even considered coming in but thankfully my friend knew of this gem.The donut selection is the biggest I've seen. They had everything! Glaze, sprinkle, chocolate chip croissants, maple, you name it. There were literally like 4x4 rows of donuts it was insane! Also I was super impressed with how many donuts they had available at 12pm. Usually at my local donut shop if you aren't there by 8am the selection starts to dwindle, but not here. This spot is great for when your craving the midday sweet treat. Also the menu of smoothie and boba items was super big and I loved all of the pretty pictures of the drink options. We skipped out on a boba but I would definitely considering coming back for one as they had a great menu. The service was fine. The gentleman behind the counter was quick to take our order. Nothing stellar about the interaction but he was efficient and I do understand we were probably dilly dallying, so he was trying to move us along. But there was just so much to look at! Lastly the price was a little on the higher side but that wouldn't keep me from coming back. Three donuts, a chocolate chip croissant, and a small milk ran us $10. Not unreasonable but my local donut shops are cheaper. The quality and selection was there though! Our donuts all tasted fresh and were yummy. I also again can't believe how many options they had to choose from mid day and I'll surely be back.“
“Amazing 1st time experience, Missy & Yvonne were life savers for my daughter’s birthday party creating 6 dozens of cupcakes with special theme. Great flavor options which had guests wanting more. Will definitely use for future events! ? ?“
“I recently moved to Texas and I can truly say I missed buying my Masa from La Central Bakery. I brought some masa here in Texas and my tamales didn't taste the same. Next year BEST BELIEVE I'm flying to my home town Oxnard to buy the masa for my tamales. My family and I missed La Central Bakery this Christmas“
“This place has delicious food and bread. I would have shown a picture but I ate it all too fast lol the chile verde was very flavorful and the nopales were perfectly cooked! I'm so glad it's nestled right in the middle of my drive home. The staff is also extremely kind and it's very clean inside! It gave me a very homelike vibe inside with the music and the cooking.“
“Occasionally I'll stop in for a donut! Location is great! A block from the beach and my home! So sometimes when I'm walking the pup I'll stop in for a treat! The owner is very sweet! Love to support our small community businesses!“
