Came in for an iced coffee while on a walk. Very cute. It's a cafe with a little shop and gelato! I only got an iced coffee which was refreshing. They have many drink options. Friendly staff! Very chill, hidden gem kinda vibe. Has both indoor and outdoor seating!
The staff behind the counter are amazing. Service is prompt. Food is delicious. They're always accommodating. They provide a great experience. However, the two people, a man and a woman, in the back---not sure if they're owners or managers---are terrible. The restroom was filthy, and I asked the woman who I needed to tell. She was dismissive and told me I should let someone else use the restroom if I didn't want to use it. She even rolled her eyes. Incredibly rude and dismissive....read full review

Nice venue with indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee is okay, maybe even a little better than the large chains. Certainly not better enough to merit the price difference -- 2 small (12 oz) lattes, not completely full, and 1 pastry totaled almost 20 dollars. In addition, while I'm sure it doesn't happen every day, the fact that one of the lattes arrived with a hair on it did nothing to enhance the experience. Not poison I guess, but there are better alternatives in Ventura.
