Nice venue with indoor and outdoor seating. Coffee is okay, maybe even a little better than the large chains. Certainly not better enough to merit the price difference -- 2 small (12 oz) lattes, not completely full, and 1 pastry totaled almost 20 dollars. In addition, while I'm sure it doesn't happen every day, the fact that one of the lattes arrived with a hair on it did nothing to enhance the experience. Not poison I guess, but there are better alternatives in Ventura.

Came in for an iced coffee while on a walk. Very cute. It's a cafe with a little shop and gelato! I only got an iced coffee which was refreshing. They have many drink options. Friendly staff! Very chill, hidden gem kinda vibe. Has both indoor and outdoor seating!

The staff behind the counter are amazing. Service is prompt. Food is delicious. They're always accommodating. They provide a great experience. However, the two people, a man and a woman, in the back---not sure if they're owners or managers---are terrible. The restroom was filthy, and I asked the woman who I needed to tell. She was dismissive and told me I should let someone else use the restroom if I didn't want to use it. She even rolled her eyes. Incredibly rude and dismissive. How dare a customer want to use the restroom. I told her that I needed to use it and then walked over to the counter and told one of the attendants. I then waited for him by the restroom. The man in the back told me that the restroom needed to be closed until it could be cleaned, only for the attendant to walk right behind him, telling me he's going to clean it. I expected the owners/managers of this place to have the same attitude as their staff. I wonder who trained the lovely people behind the counter.

A nice place to sit and have a coffee. The atmosphere is very relaxed and they sell all sorts of little gifts for home, kitchen, and children. The Gelato is highly recommended. Thank you.Kid-friendliness: Lots of baby clothing and quality stuffed animals.
On a nice cool fall evening we decided we wanted a couple of hot chocolate's while walking around Main Street. Unfortunately, we received a cup of slightly warm chocolate. I asked after picking up the drinks in my hands, are you sure these are the hot chocolates and was told your name is on them. Wow, really! Anyone that touched that cup would have realized the cups were cold like they were just taken out of the supply room. I don't know if they were to busy to care, but please don't advertise Hot Chocolate and give out warm sugar water.

The gelato is delicious. A place where you can have dessert first with a cup of tea or coffee. There are also gifts, if you need a housewarming, birthday gift. We bought several JellyCat plushies and sachets. There is limited seating inside and some outside.

It’s a cute place, and the gelato looks like it might be good, but don’t come here for the cappuccino. Instead of a good cap, you will just get mediocre espresso with poorly frothed foam on top ?. Nothing like the pictures shown.
