Compliments to Gayla, the mixers and roasters at Moore Coffee. I thought the Classic Espresso was the best. Surprisingly I find the 805 with an even more complex and rich flavor. My espresso machine labors thru the finely ground mixture and takes an eternal 30-40 seconds producing a thick crema that is almost half the shot. Great people and and great coffee
I love the coffee temptation here! Also the croissants when they are right out of the oven. The staff makes sure that you are happy with your drinks and will make changes based on your taste. All the employees are very friendly :) ask for the food menu - the owner jimmy makes some really good dishes.
