“The music was so loud that the workers could not hear what people were saying and got my order wrong. Sitting in Starbucks with loud music was hard. Finally, towards the end of our visit, it was turned down. The tables really needed to be wiped down, and the floors swept. They needed another employee to be honest. The employee making the drinks were so busy that they were not helpful.“
