I will never understand why in the world the city of Santa Paula would need TWO Starbucks. I mean, really? I see the appeal of having one inside Vons to catch either the incoming or leaving customers with something, but I mean, really. Service is really basic; and I mean really basic. I don't know if they are actually Vons or Starb's employees, but regardless, please have some pleasant emotion when dealing with customers. This shop has gotten better. Their servers are more pleasant. The drinks need to be slowed down a bit and made a bit more tasty coming with no haste to get them out so quickly. But overall live their drive through. ? Keep improving. Thank you for your service.

I walked into the Starbucks located inside the VONS store in Santa Paula. At 8am Bianca who was working the register was very nice when I asked her questions about the cups for display. I didn't purchase a drink just the cups I liked . But I would like to praise her for her helpfulness.
