i have never had such a bad experience with this statbucks until today. i went in because they didnt correctly make the drinks i order and the girl infront "vivi" was being so rude.She refused to remake it because of the recipt after we showed her the recipt she still refused until one of vons managers came and told her to make it.She was still giving so much attitude i have never seen such bad customer service

What is going on with our Starbucks... I come often but today I had the most unwelcoming service by antasia. The tone and rude attitude for being in customer service is bad. Unprofessional. Please train the staff to know how to greet, speak to customers. Customer service with friendly welcoming attitudes is worth a million bucks. Juan Carlos, thank you so much for being so sweet, kind and polite.

They're so Ply the best! So nice and they're quick. Love them.... The workers are always so sweet. They once made me my coffee even though I ordered to the wrong place!

Wouldn't recommend, first off I ordered to of the same drinks and one came out darker than the other? Next, they don't list what they don't have instead never bring anything up. I had to ask them myself why my drink didn't have whip and the toppings and they said they didn't have any??? How come they didn't mention that in the beginning? Would rather go to the one on the corner where rite aid is at!

Let's just let this interaction speak for itself. "Could I please have a grande decaf vanilla latte, half sweet" Grabs cup for cold drinks "A hot latte please" "What?" "Could I have that latte hot?" "Yeah so a grande decaf vanilla latte." "Yes, hot" "What?" "A hot grande decaf vanilla latte, half sweet" "Oh yeah yeah yeah" Two mins later, she presents me with a cold latte. "Erm, it was a hot latte" "Ooooooh, you wanted it hot!" And now that I'm drinking it, it's definitely not half sweet. I have no doubt that it's not decaf, either. I literally walked away laughing so hard, so at least that's a positive.

I think Starbucks needs to do a better job at hiring people. I have been going to this Starbucks since 2017 and I never had such bad experience until today. One thing that I didn’t like was that I was next in line but instead she took her friends order before mine when she was like two people behind me. That’s not right at all. Another thing that I didn’t like was her attitude I asked her nicely to please give me a venti vanilla latte with no foam and two extra shots and a Venti cup of just ice. And she just gave me an attitude While she finished my drink I want to buy some thing at vons. I came back and there was just a cup of pure water and then my drink had a lot of foam so I asked her to re-make it and she refused too. Tell me what kind of customer service is that? she said she couldn’t remake it because she was busy but she had nobody else in line. By the way her name was ABBY. I am definitely going to speak to her manager.

I will never understand why in the world the city of Santa Paula would need TWO Starbucks. I mean, really? I see the appeal of having one inside Vons to catch either the incoming or leaving customers with something, but I mean, really. Service is really basic; and I mean really basic. I don't know if they are actually Vons or Starb's employees, but regardless, please have some pleasant emotion when dealing with customers. Thankfully, I don't have any bad experiences here, but I just don't know if I would recommend this Starb for any other specific reason only that it's inside Vons. Of course the employees are all wearing masks, because the covid. I try not to spend any extra time around people lately, but I will grab a quick snack (like their cake pops) on my way out. I can't really recommend a drink or barista either, sadly. Come for the quick snacks and I am sure they make great coffee, too. :)
