“This location is a shining example of what’s possible when you have a stellar management team at the helm. While the entire team delivers consistently great service, the leadership deserves real credit for building such a strong, people-first culture. They’ve clearly hired a group of hardworking, personable individuals who genuinely care.
The other day, I watched the team respond instantly and compassionately when a disabled customer dropped their drink. There was no hesitation - just immediate action. A manager stepped in to reassure the customer while others quickly remade the drink and cleaned up the spill. It wasn’t just “good service” - it was good people doing the right thing. And this isn’t a one-off moment. I see this level of care all the time.
I used to manage a high-end retail store, and I would always tell my team: the difference between a great experience and a memorable one is you. Your positivity, compassion, and humanity matter more than any product or brand ever could.
I can go to any Starbucks - there are plenty - but I choose this one because of the people.“
“Stuff is just amazing ! they have been super helpful 🫶🏻 we met with Denise, i accidentally dropped my coffee and she was very generously cleaned my table and made a new one for me. i had a great experience here, with environment, cleaneness and more than important all, very friendly and helpful approach

“Had a wonderful experience here! The barista Sarah was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond in making our drinks. She really added the Christmas spirit to them. We really appreciate people like her who make such a positive impact with the small things.“
“The best Starbuck in Santa Barbara.Everything went perfectly the several times I went to that shop. The order was taken without spelling my name and served quickly. The staff were very welcoming and so kind, and kept me coming back, with a special mention for Nick, the first member of staff I spoke to.I recommend this Starbuck's“
“This is definitely a “local neighborhood” Starbucks, serving the Mesa. While this is not the most fancy Starbucks out there, I appreciate that the store is always clean and the service is always excellent. They always get my order correct, and I never have to wait longer than expected regardless of how busy it is. Of course, it’s Starbucks so taste and quality are consistent with other locations.
Parking: Free parking lot for shopping center patrons. Can be busy but you can usually find a spot pretty easily.“
“Great coffee! However, the barista didn’t wash their hands before making my drink from being on their phone. They just wet their fingers for a second and put their hand on the sippy cup where I would be drinking from and ended up getting sick right after. Please wash hands fully with soap or at least wear gloves. ?“
“There is a drive-thru / drive through here, which gets busy in the mornings but very convenient if you need to grab a quick bite or caffeine with little ones in the car. Often takes about 10-15 minutes to go through around the morning rush between 7-8am“
“Nice people behind the counter. The young lady helped me decide on another drink when the first one I wanted was only made cold. My coffee was made quickly. I stayed while and wrote postcards to my friends. Nice music over the airwaves to keep me relaxed. A peaceful atmosphere when you need little break from a busy day. I will return when I'm in the neighborhood.“
“Great service! Respect to the 5am crew! Whoever is up that early to be at work at 5am is a committed employee, I hope Starbucks takes good care of them! I had the best mocha I’ve ever had from Starbucks. I normally don’t drink them, but this time I was truly impressed! Thanks for being friendly and making awesome coffee at that time of the day!“
