The other day, I watched the team respond instantly and compassionately when a disabled customer dropped their drink. There was no hesitation - just immediate action. A manager stepped in to reassure the customer while others quickly remade the drink and cleaned up the spill. It wasn’t just “good service” - it was good people doing the right thing. And this isn’t a one-off moment. I see this level of care all the time.

I used to manage a high-end retail store, and I would always tell my team: the difference between a great experience and a memorable one is you. Your positivity, compassion, and humanity matter more than any product or brand ever could.

I can go to any Starbucks - there are plenty - but I choose this one because of the people.“

“We went here for a quick break and had hot beverages. We’ve ordered Hot Chocolate and Hot Caffe Mocha.

I must say that when visiting Starbucks outlet very rare case to have both drinks achieve the quality taste that we want and this outlet did a great job and had pretty efficient and friendly staff. Great job!

“There is a drive-thru / drive through here, which gets busy in the mornings but very convenient if you need to grab a quick bite or caffeine with little ones in the car. Often takes about 10-15 minutes to go through around the morning rush between 7-8am“

“This is definitely a “local neighborhood” Starbucks, serving the Mesa. While this is not the most fancy Starbucks out there, I appreciate that the store is always clean and the service is always excellent. They always get my order correct, and I never have to wait longer than expected regardless of how busy it is. Of course, it’s Starbucks so taste and quality are consistent with other locations.

Parking: Free parking lot for shopping center patrons. Can be busy but you can usually find a spot pretty easily.“

“Great coffee! However, the barista didn’t wash their hands before making my drink from being on their phone. They just wet their fingers for a second and put their hand on the sippy cup where I would be drinking from and ended up getting sick right after. Please wash hands fully with soap or at least wear gloves. ?“

“Nice people behind the counter. The young lady helped me decide on another drink when the first one I wanted was only made cold. My coffee was made quickly. I stayed while and wrote postcards to my friends. Nice music over the airwaves to keep me relaxed. A peaceful atmosphere when you need little break from a busy day. My drink came out cold, and without hesitation he remade it for me with steamed almond milk. The drink was excellent, but what really stood out was the level of care and service he gave me.
