Nice employees, they clean constantly. You might run into Rob Lowe, Charlie Puth, Katie Perry, Kathy Ireland, Oprah, Kevin Costner etc. and it's by the beach. So you get a salty cool breeze every once in awhile. They keep the patio pretty clean. All in all it's a nice spot, not local—but a good experience.
Consistently prompt in having order ahead items ready upon arrival and as promised. Quite a busy location due to convenience of getting off and back on the 101 so not likely a good place for "quiet" study sessions. Parking lot busy but can always find a spot, baristas work hard to keep up with orders to keep it flowing.

They made me a killer matcha latte. Chill cafe. Good service. HOWEVER I was kinda annoyed that they don't have charging ports anywhere (at the time of this posting). Your duration of stay is literally dependent on the life of your laptop.
