“Ezme helped me out and had great customer service. My daughter ordered a drink and forgot to add sweetener so ezme was really cool about remaking it for her. No attitude, no irritation and quickly resolved our issue. I normally have bad experiences at starbucks but this one was review worthy“

“We had a four hour drive ahead of us and were concerned that this location might not be open at 6:00 am when we intended to leave the hotel. To our relief it was open and even better, the drive-thru line was...just us! Okay, in fairness this was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I am sure other folks were on the road as well, just not an early start like us. By the time we left the drive-thru had filled up. But we managed to beat the rush.“
