“The staff here are absolutely some of the friendliest and most helpful Starbucks staff I have encountered. Especially Paris. They were updating people as their items were getting put in the oven and repeating the orders as they were putting them out on the counter instead of just calling out names.
There are also a large amount of charging points throughout. More than I have seen in most stores.“
“We were visiting from Phx on an extended trip and decided to go get coffee around 7:30pm. The 2 employees that were working were so nice, we asked for local recommendations on things to do and inquired about the local Farmers Market on Thursday. They were both very informative and nice. Our coffees were great too. We will definitely be coming back.“
“I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! A barista named Bella helped me and she was incredibly sweet, personable, and welcoming. She took the time to recommend a drink for me, and it ended up being absolutely delicious. Her kindness and positive attitude really stood out and made my visit feel a lot more personal than just a normal coffee run. I truly appreciated her help and the great service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and will be requesting Bella again next time I order!“

“Starbucks on Broad Street consistently provides excellent service. Food is great, drinks are made exactly as ordered, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They greet every customer with a hello and a smile. I highly recommend this location.“
“Wow!!! They really know how to make an iced matcha latte here!! I stopped by around 7:30 PM today, and all the employees were super friendly and welcoming. Out of all the Starbucks locations I’ve tried, this was by far the best iced matcha latte experience. Perfectly balanced, refreshing, and absolutely delicious!!💚“

“I always enjoy the quality of Starbucks coffee and I appreciate the convenience of the kiosk version inside stores like Target; however the service and speed one comes to expect from the Starbucks brand is always lacking in these smaller operations.“
“This location is super nice and good at making drinks. I came in with a drink messed up from another location and they were able to help me. They also recommended a drink that is my new favorite and are both quick and kind. If you are stopping by this is a great starbucks but, if you're trying to study, the location is on the smaller side so there may not be any avalible seats.“
