Visited the SLO area and stopped twice at this Starbucks. What stood out to us was the service from London. We felt like her family. She has a strong and positive personality. Our drinks were exceptional too!
Staff was nice! They do seem quite busy making drinks for pick up.

However, some drinks were made wrong, including a miscommunication about sweet cream in an iced coffee and a drink that tasted like regular espresso instead of the blonde ristretto ordered. The staff remade the drinks no problem and were friendly and quick. One reviewer noted that the two employees were not happy friendly during the last visit. The music is nice in the background, and the drinks come out quick and are excellent.
