I am so glad that their manager the blonde one is back. She is so nice and makes everybody feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. It is so nice to have her back we as regulars no she’s there. The change is apparent, even though her staff has changed we are sure she’ll change them around. With all these stores closing, the store has gotten slammed. Starbucks in San Luis Obispo is a busy spot near campus, often understaffed, but the staff, including the friendly manager with blonde hair, do their best. The recent remodel has improved the store's cleanliness. The customer service is exceptional, as they accommodated a late pickup for fresh, hot drinks. Despite the chaotic parking situation, the quick service and friendly baristas make it a convenient stop for coffee lovers.
