A couple of weeks ago I visited this location where it took 31 minutes to receive my latte. No one had the common sense to let customers know before ordering that it was taking an extremely long time due to one of the machines being down and one barista making all of the indoor and drive thru orders while the other six people working there were doing nothing but busy work the entire time.
