Excellent, is how they make my Frappuccino and Croissant everytime. Friendly, Pleasant, and Personable Workers! They make my order the minute I walk in. EXCELLENT SERVICE and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED <3 <3 <3
Nice workers good coffee. However, they have been severely understaffed lately and way too SLOW. This morning I ordered on the app and it said 4 to 7 minutes until ready. It took over 20 minutes to receive a black coffee and a coffee cake. That's too long. There were only 3 people working, and the one person handling the food was WAY too slow. There have been big groups of people waiting for their drinks in the mornings lately. Management needs to step up.
