Two charming people were working there as I dropped in with my little girl while we were in Thousand Oaks on a mission to get specialized batteries for our home gate opener. It was Veterans Day and I asked if they had any specials. They offered a free tall coffee. My daughter asked for a cake pop and hot chocolate, which I was happy to pay for, but they gave it all to us for free! Of course we tipped.What I really liked was the bathroom. This location is usually amazing! The staff that works here is so sweet! Shout out to Riley and some of the morning managers that make me feel at home monday-friday mornings! They all deserve a raise! Look out for carianna or catiana - something like that - she is very rude and instead of helping you will tell you to call starbucks customer service. She made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Its a shame.

I went into Starbucks I wanted coffee and I walked out empty-handed I don't speak Syarbuckian and a small is small and medium is medium a large or large cream sugar whatever what the hell is vente and all that I don't speak Starbucian. it's embarrassing
