Two charming people were working there as I dropped in with my little girl while we were in Thousand Oaks on a mission to get specialized batteries for our home gate opener. It was Veterans Day and I asked if they had any specials. They offered a free tall coffee. My daughter asked for a cake pop and hot chocolate, which I was happy to pay for, but they gave it all to us for free! Of course we tipped.What I really liked was the bathroom. The toilet flushes with just a manual handle, with no creepy sensor and automatic flush. The sink had manual water you can just turn on and off, with a manual pump for soap. Again, no weird sensors that make things difficult. And the best part, paper towels! I can't stand blow dryers, which are loud, annoying, don't dry your hands, and seem to use a lot of energy. And with paper towels available, you can wash your face if you've had a long day and would like to sit down freshened up before enjoying your hot drinks and sweet treats. Thanks to this Starbucks for the little things that show you care for your customers.

This location is usually amazing! The staff that works here is so sweet! Shout out to Riley and some of the morning managers that make me feel at home monday-friday mornings! They all deserve a raise! Look out for carianna or catiana - something like that - she is very rude and instead of helping you will tell you to call starbucks customer service. She made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Its a shame.

Very disappointed in this Starbucks! Per the hours of operation they close at 9pm. My husband arrived at 8:58pm and there were people in there. He got kicked out and the lady asked him to go through the drive thru that they were closed. It's not the first time that they do similar things. One day I arrived early in the morning and I was ignored at the door but per their hours of operation they had to be opened already 15 mins prior. I knocked a few times and was totally ignored. Won't be going back to this particular one.

I went into Starbucks I wanted coffee and I walked out empty-handed I don't speak Syarbuckian and a small is small and medium is medium a large or large cream sugar whatever what the hell is vente and all that I don't speak Starbucian. it's embarrassing

This place was disgusting! A total mess around 2pm on 4/1/23. The counter was covered in puddles of spilled drinks from previous orders. Our cups were set down in these puddles while they were being filled. The barista "tried" to clean our cups and "sippy lids" by wiping them off with her dirty apron. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the entire area behind the counter was dirty. A woman came in and leaned against the counter when trying to get her drink and got her pants all dirty from the spilled drinks that were on the counter. There were plenty of people working... cleanliness was not part of their concern.

normally i love starbucks but i don't think they read past the cookie crumble. there's no oat milk, chocolate curls, mocha drizzle, or peppermint syrup. i paid 2 extra dollars for those inclusions and was let down. the store was also not busy so they had no excuse

Total Cluster F%$k in the morning and high school afternoon rush hour but for good reason. Even the new staffers are well chosen for attentiveness and service; hell they even come in on their time or days off to chit chat.
