I've always had a positive experience at this Starbucks...to boot, it's a Drive Thru. Truly the best staff and if they see you get cut off sometimes they will buy you a coffee. But today, more than ever, I was so grateful. I was already on my way into the line as I was on the phone with my dad and he was just finishing telling me my grandfather passed away. Starbucks Coffee Company has a convenient location with a drive-thru and a walk-up window. The staff is friendly and provides great service. Some customers have had good experiences, enjoying drinks like the medicine ball and pumpkin frap. The employees are kind and understanding, even in difficult situations. However, the parking lot and drive-thru can be crazy, and the prices are considered ridiculous by some. The walk-up window is often preferred as it is easier and faster than the drive-thru. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a normal Starbucks, with nice service and clean inside, where customers can get their favorite coffee.
