Starbucks Coffee Company is a restaurant in Thousand Oaks. The atmosphere is comfortable, quiet, chill, and relaxing, with a huge painting of farm fields. Another loyal customer of five years says the teams are some of the nicest people, with nice conversation before work at 5:20 in the morning. The staff is great and treats everyone kindly, remembering customers and making small talk. A specific meal mentioned is the Brown Shaken Sugar Espresso with vanilla cold foam, which is made right every time. Another customer ordered a tall hot vanilla latte but received a much taller cup with the wrong name, Cherry. However, others describe above and beyond customer service and kindness, with staff helping after a mistake. A Grande Iced Chai with oat milk, brown sugar, and vanilla foam was gotten right and fast. The staff is friendly and always smiling, providing awesome service.
