Domino's Pizza in Thousand Oaks

“My family and I enjoy the occasional pizza or pasta from Domino's. We also always order on the website. That said, it's a good thing I'm not allergic to onions. I often get the chicken carbonara. I always say that I do not onions since I'm not a fan and don't want to waste food by throwing it out. But 9 times out of 10 there are onions and I'm tired of having to call them and tell them of their mess up.“

“Ordered today Friday around 6pm and unfortunately didn't open the dessert box until 2 hours later as I wanted my toddler to finish eating all her food. Well, to our surprise we received the icing but not the cinna twist. We received garlic sticks (not sure what they were). Called the store and spoke to an employee and then he passed me the manager, they offered to bring the correct item in 20 mins. Once delivered, we were surprised with an extra dessert and my toddler was super happy she couldn't decide which one she wanted. Thank you!“
