I eat here regularly for lunch and have become ADDICTED! The food is amazing, the service is bar none, and I love the large screen tv while you wait for your order. It's hard to imagine food this great being inside a Chevron but don't let that make you miss out on truly terrific tacos! I ordered Chile Colorado and it was not like it has been in the past (1 month ago). The beef was tough, the pieces were small 1/2 inch chunks. The sauce was very bland even after added salt. 2 Bay leaves were in my sauce and that’s all I could taste. Not a Mexican flavor at all. Will I stop going? Of course not! But I’m disappointed at this recent change.“

Their Micheladas are the best in town! Don’t believe me? Try it for yourself. Oh, their carnitas tacos, tortilla chips and salsa, chilaquiles, flautas de pollo, menudo, I mean the list goes on. We understand that everything is getting expensive but they made portion size way little. “I love Baja Fresh especially the Baja Burritos the Fajitas are great as well as their tacos. Ingredients are always fresh. They always provide extra chips when asked. I really enjoy all the different salsa in the salsa bar. The negatives are they no longer give the grilled green onion with the entrees and the banana peppers are no longer provided in the salsa bar.“
