Mina's Tacos is a family-owned restaurant serving traditional Salvadoran cuisine. The food is very tasty, amazing, and delicious, with fair and reasonably priced offerings. The staff is super friendly, very nice, and provides great and exceptional service, always attentive to your needs. The place is very clean and spotless.
The menu features excellent pupusas, which are handmade with homemade corn dough and a variety of fillings. Favorites include the bean, cheese, and pork pupusa and the pupusa con chicharron. They are served burning hot, and are crispy, cheesy, and filling. They come with curtido, a tangy fermented cabbage slaw, and flavorful sauces like salsa roja or habanero salsa.
For breakfast, the Desayuno Típico and the #2 Breakfast are popular, featuring casamiento (beans and rice), Salvadoran style chorizo, eggs, avocado, fresh cheese, sour cream, and fresh housemade tortillas. Other noted items include the pan con pollo, escabeche, pastelitos, and the Waffle Platter. A tip for visitors is to bring cash.
