OH My God, I went over to get a Caramel latte the other day and the workers are so GREAT. I think one of them was named Jose and a Supervisor named Nicky or Vicky, they both were so nice and offered one of the best service I haven't gotten in a long time. 100% recommend if you value customer service and quality drinks.
Lou at the counter took care of us like we were his family and it goes a long way. Hope Capital One Cafe Corporate sees these reviews to know what an invaluable asset Lou is. Thank you so much!!! We will be back!!!!
