It's a decent setup. What I find frustrating is that several months ago something broke and they couldn't take cash. This was supposed to be temporary but appears now to be permanent. I'm so sick of the trend toward cashless. It's classist and impractical.
We had finally made the decision to get an espresso machine, and I’m so happy we did. We were able to go an hour before closing, and we were helped by someone by the name of Liz. She was super helpful and knowledgeable of each machine, and cautious that we have a two year old . So she recommended a machine that would be more safer around kids in case they touch it! Bought some refills from this location yesterday.Gladys was friendly and courteous and Abdon was professional and truly a coffee lover so he gave us some suggestions. We truly appreciate the customer service at this branch. The place is also big and clean. My husband said this will be our go to place for refills since he was pleased with the customer service.
