Yogurtland Simi Valley offers a variety of delicious flavors, but the selection can be limited at times. The staff's customer service is generally good, with some employees like Ani going above and beyond to provide a welcoming experience. However, there have been concerns about cleanliness and overpricing. The business could improve by ensuring consistent availability of flavors, maintaining cleanliness, and reevaluating their pricing strategy.
