Really kind and friendly staff which I appreciate. They let you sample some flavors since their ice cream menu is constantly changing. I appreciate that they let you sample the flavors since I can be choosy with what ice cream flavor I want. During the last visit, there was an issue with the gift card we had and the staff member was kind enough to see what the issue was and called (over the phone) the manager/owner in order to fix the issue. The store is small inside but there is plenty of seating outside. Also plenty of parking as it is located in the central part of the shopping center. Definitely recommend if you are looking for ice cream around the West Hills area.

Didn't know about the LAFC promo. Maybe management doest notify employees of current promos? I was able to get it from the Baskin Robbins at Woodland hills.

Baskin Robbins at Platt Village is a favorite of our family. We always have containers of Coffee & other flavors in our freezer at home. Thank you Shabbir & Staff for making this ice cream shop such a happy place.

I ordered from them 2 cakes for my birthday kids. It was last minute order and they made me 2 beautiful cakes. The owner was contacting me and update me to make sure the cakes will be the way I wanted it, with a lot of patience.Very recommended!
All of the 31 flavors in a nice clean store. The friendly fellow who helped me let me sample a couple of different flavors before I made a choice. The price is totally reasonable, especially in today's economy and the ice cream is delicious Definitely recommended and I would go back

This place has changed a lot, and closes at 9:30pm, which means if you show up at 9:15, to bad, the doors are locked. The girl that had served me twice so far in the last three weeks has been nothing but rude. I used to love this place as they were good to my 9 year old, but now, we'll they are just unpleasant, and 9:30 means they leave at 9:30.

Called and asked for help about a delivery order. Though she couldn't help me, i thanked her and hung up the phone. She seemed annoyed at my question, but i thought nothing of it. Until my order comes and my large shake is a medium in a large sized cup. This has never happened to me when ordering here before, and I was nice to the woman. She is a terrible new hire
