Great food and drinks!! Our server, Hunter was OUTSTANDING!! The atmosphere was really nice and relaxing—it’s a great place for families. So happy that we have this Red Robin in our neighborhood!!
Red Robin used to be so much better. They moved their location in the mall & everything has gone downhill. Very disappointing. They used to have great burgers but this is the 2nd time we've gone when it's been very average. The food isn't Bad; it just isn't good. Fries are always cold, order gets messed up, takes forever. There is always one good person on the waitstaff & the rest are like it's their first day. Poor customer service. Not sure how long they'll stay in business....read full review

I dined in today for my first time today and our server, Maddy, provided such excellent service! I deeply appreciate her help with recommending what to try out from the menu and I ended up getting a delicious bbq chicken wrap! The wrap along with garlic fries satisfied me to the fullest and made my night! I will surely be dining in more soon!Kid-friendliness: Extraordinary kids menus!
