“Food was amazing. We got the buffalo chicken burger and chicken tenders. The food was super super good. We placed the order through Uber eats so don't know what the place inside looks like and also not sure about the service. But as far as the food goes, it was excellent. Also, it's KOSHER :)“
“I always loved the original location in Canoga Park. Since I heard of this new location in Encino, I had to give it a try. Food taste exactly the same which is a great thing with the great large portion size. Only difference is the location and venue itself. It's a lot newer, "more upscale". More of a pristine/clean appearance than the old one“
“You can never go wrong with a Fat Texas with extra BBQ sauce and extra cheese sticks. Yeah it's a little pricey but honestly for the quality and taste there's nothing like it. The shakes are amazing my go to is always the strawberry cheesecake milkshake. First taste and you're hooked for life.“

“We have been here quite a few times, but for some reason I keep forgetting to review it. We love this Shake Shack. It is part of a chain that is growing.The food is great, the menu is not huge, it is mostly burgers and chicken and some of the best shakes you will have. My only complaint, get some cheddar cheese, I don't like American and is that real cheese anyway.They will make your meal exactly the way you ordered it. I like my burgers rare and they will do that. Their fries are so good.The service is fast and very nice. This is a place where you see the menu on the wall and order at the counter. They will call you when your food is ready. We always eat there because we have usually shopped in the Courtyard and want a break anyway.The place is cute and kept spotless. I love the tee shirts they allow the employees to wear.It is just a fun place. I know nothing about delivery as we have never tried that.“

The people are friendly and helpful beyond expectation, and I have never in perhaps 10-12 years had a single item that was prepared incorrectly or had to go back to the kitchen. A wonderful place to sit and relax and have wonderful, appealing, tasty food, served as quickly as any place in Los Angeles.“
