“Food is very good, and comes in big portions. Try not to use grubhub because once their system didnt receive my order and I had to wait for food, but after I started calling them for pick up it was always on time!

Parking: They have parking in the back that they validate for 1 hour.“

“Our dinner last night at IHOP was outstanding. I believe the difference was the service we received from Benjamin. We were greeted with friendliness and a smile as soon as we walked in the door and were seated promptly. Beverage order taken and filled quickly. All options and substitutions we addressed and accepted. The food was delicious, exactly how we wanted it, and served in a timely manner. Benjamin made sure our drinks were always full. He was really on top of everything during our meal making it a very smooth experience. We have gone to this IHOP many times over the years and typically the service is adequate. Unfortunately the previous time we had gone it was terrible. So much so that we addressed it with the manager another day. They offered to comp us a dinner, but that wasn't what we wanted, just better service. We decided to give them one last shot before writing them off. Last night was the complete opposite in the best way. Just service that went above and beyond any expectations. Benjamin really made all the difference and he is the reason will continue to go to this IHOP.“

“One of our absolute favorite breakfast spots! 🤍 We’ve been coming here at least once a week for over two years, and somehow we never get tired of it.
The tomato omelette is to die for, the crepes and pancakes are seriously some of the best in the city and their coffee is always delicious. ☕ The matcha is great too! The food is consistently good and the place has such a cute, cozy vibe.

I ordered the All I Avo Wanted - Blue corn, waffle, smashed avocado, feta, shaved radish, over easy egg, chili flakes, hemp seeds, salsa macha. I mean, holy moly. The delivery was beautifully executed and built perfectly. The blue corn waffle was moist yet firm. My mother ordered the Shakshuka - another favorite dish of mine that WOWed. “I work very close by and would say this is one of the better lunch options in the area for me. Everything is always consistently ready very fast and it’s always tasty. There is a small free parking lot right out front, otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Inside is large enough to dine in, but I always get it to go. They do have a pretty large menu with a lot of great options on it and I love that they have smoothies and drinks as well as food items.

I have tried a few different things here, but this past order I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and added avocado and honestly really liked it. The ciabatta bread was crispy and the the chicken was perfectly spicy and I just really enjoyed it. The dressing on the side salad was also terrific. I would recommend if you are in the area.“

“Hidden gem! Fresh food, huge portions, good prices. Self serve chips and salsa bar. 7 of us came after a Franklin Canyon hike. Everyone was satisfied. The breakfast burritos and meat burritos were a huge hit. French toast was mid but the pancakes looked pretty. Fresh squeezed orange juice was perfect! Plentiful free parking. Clean and organized. Very dependable Mom and Pop spot, worth supporting!“

“If you like Breakfast Burritos you have to try these out. I got the Chilaquiles one and a couple salsa rojas to boot (Go Doyers). Fantastic. I usually resort to convenience and either get the small basic ones at Jack's or Mickey D's on my way to work. Those are easier to manage due to their smaller size, but it's always a Compromise. Not with these. I would eat this for dinner it's so good. That said, they might want to think about adding Small, Medium, and I'm Hungry sizes because there was no way I was going to drive and enjoy this food. Had to chill and enjoy it making me a little later to work but totally worth it. I will be back.“

“I got the luxe breakfast burrito. I had it about 6 or 7 years ago and don't remember it being as humongous and tasty as it was. 17 bucks and change after tax. Well worth it! I got about two thirds through it and had to ask for a to go container. Honestly the BEST breakfast burrito I've ever had. They have a wide menu of options. “Yeah it's expensive, as any restaurant located in an upscale office area in a concrete jungle is, but the food is pretty darned good. They had another Trimana that I went to more often, up the street, but it floated off down the river during the pandemic. The manager of this one on Oxnard is a very nice man and he even said that he can't control the costs - except if they were use cheaper quality ingredients and then it wouldn't be as good. I recommend any of the salads or sandwiches. You can't go wrong with like any of them. If you have no food in the fridge at home or need to go for a lunch meeting, go to this Trimana, you won't be sorry.“

You need to know a few things before you come here: this is a ghost kitchen. It doesn't mean the food is bad, but it does mean that there is basically no service. Do not come here expecting someone to take your order, smile at you, and bring your food. Do not come here expecting to eat your food there. That is not the purpose of this establishment. Order it to go, take it wherever you want to eat, and enjoy the wonderful, delicious burrito you will receive.“
