“Our dinner last night at IHOP was outstanding. I believe the difference was the service we received from Benjamin. We were greeted with friendliness and a smile as soon as we walked in the door and were seated promptly. Beverage order taken and filled quickly. All options and substitutions we addressed and accepted. The food was delicious, exactly how we wanted it, and served in a timely manner. Benjamin made sure our drinks were always full. He was really on top of everything during our meal making it a very smooth experience. We have gone to this IHOP many times over the years and typically the service is adequate. Unfortunately the previous time we had gone it was terrible. So much so that we addressed it with the manager another day. They offered to comp us a dinner, but that wasn't what we wanted, just better service. We decided to give them one last shot before writing them off. Last night was the complete opposite in the best way. Just service that went above and beyond any expectations. Benjamin really made all the difference and he is the reason will continue to go to this IHOP.“

“Basic diner ambience, the food is always good. I’m a picky eater wanting crispy home fries and crispy bacon and 9out of 10 they deliver exactly as ordered. Good service and it has an overall good vibe“

Off rip, I knew it was gonna be bomb because my boyfriend actually has great taste and recommended it. I mean why would I date him otherwise? But I still had to be the one to taste it to believe it. Those biscuits put them on the MAP! I had lost faith in biscuits & gravy in this city. I have been let down time and time again because it was so weak. But these gave me hope for the future 🥹 I could see this place being my breakfast new normal. “One of our absolute favorite breakfast spots! 🤍 We’ve been coming here at least once a week for over two years, and somehow we never get tired of it.
The tomato omelette is to die for, the crepes and pancakes are seriously some of the best in the city and their coffee is always delicious. ☕ The matcha is great too! The food is consistently good and the place has such a cute, cozy vibe.

I ordered the All I Avo Wanted - Blue corn, waffle, smashed avocado, feta, shaved radish, over easy egg, chili flakes, hemp seeds, salsa macha. I mean, holy moly. The delivery was beautifully executed and built perfectly. The blue corn waffle was moist yet firm. My mother ordered the Shakshuka - another favorite dish of mine that WOWed. You can not go wrong with Parakeet. Thank you to the divine chefs and baristas - you made Parakeet the most beloved restaurant during our time in California!!!“

From the way we were GREETED, TREATED, & SERVED, to the way they’ve continued to treat our daughter like FAMILY since she’s arrived in Santa Monica. They’ve been nothing less than spectacular and are the epitome of what a True, neighborhood nostalgic 50’s diner encompasses. No other establishment has ever provided fun toys & items of entertainment while waiting for our food. We thank Benjamin for that! Victor the GM checked on our table and made sure Kim our waitress was taking care of us! Kim was a fantastic server and we never once waited for a refill on anything. “Great Service and Amazing Food!

We haven’t visited IHOP in a long time, but today we decided to stop by for a quick family lunch/brunch. We had a great experience! The food was delicious, and the service was friendly, fast, and welcoming. It was a great way to enjoy a meal together as a family. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I work very close by and would say this is one of the better lunch options in the area for me. Everything is always consistently ready very fast and it’s always tasty. There is a small free parking lot right out front, otherwise free street parking is also easy to find. Inside is large enough to dine in, but I always get it to go. They do have a pretty large menu with a lot of great options on it and I love that they have smoothies and drinks as well as food items.

I have tried a few different things here, but this past order I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and added avocado and honestly really liked it. The ciabatta bread was crispy and the the chicken was perfectly spicy and I just really enjoyed it. The dressing on the side salad was also terrific. I would recommend if you are in the area.“

“This small niche Mexican restaurant is indeed very authentic, I’ll say it in both languages just cause it’s that amazing, the chilaquiles are a perfect blend of slightly spicy with great taste! If you are visiting from out of town and looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant this is the spot for sure, aqui la nuestro desayuno estuvo espectacular! Los chilaquiles estavan bien sabroso con un sabor medico picoso bien rico! Definitely coming back! Sorry for not taking pictures of the food before hand I saw my plate and went to town on my meal!“

“Stopped here on the way to the airport and I was not disappointed! I had a ham, cheese, mushroom and onion omelette (not on the menu exactly) with country potatoes and it was delicious! The coffee was good, the food came fast and got and the server was great. I'll be eating here again when I'm back in town. But they are cash only, luckily I had some on hand . . .“

“Wanted to leave a review here because I forgot to do so on Uber eats. I've ordered from this place twice now and I'm fairly surprised at just how tasty and fresh everything is. I got the breakfast luxe Bureito twice now and I ordered the taco platter for the first time. The tacos were absolutely delicious. I finished the whole plate, rice and beans included. It's a real gem to be able to find a restaurant that is consistent and delicious. I hope to continue having great experiences here. “Yeah it's expensive, as any restaurant located in an upscale office area in a concrete jungle is, but the food is pretty darned good. They had another Trimana that I went to more often, up the street, but it floated off down the river during the pandemic. The manager of this one on Oxnard is a very nice man and he even said that he can't control the costs - except if they were use cheaper quality ingredients and then it wouldn't be as good. I recommend any of the salads or sandwiches. You can't go wrong with like any of them. If you have no food in the fridge at home or need to go for a lunch meeting, go to this Trimana, you won't be sorry.“

“Brighton Coffee Shop reminded me why classic neighborhood breakfast spots never go out of style. The menu has all the comfort food you’d hope for, and everything tasted fresh and made to order. The coffee was hot, smooth, and never seemed to run empty, which is always appreciated. The portions were generous without feeling overdone, and the prices felt fair for the quality. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in and made the whole experience feel relaxed and unhurried. It’s the kind of place where you can sit, enjoy a good meal, and actually have a conversation. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in Beverly Hills.“
