Alejandro was extremely kind, great customer service. As we set down with our family to have dinner. I believe she was the manager in charge she set across the counter on her lunch yelling for his name to help customers. No need for that if you are so concern about customer service then hire more people but it is extremely unprofessional to yell at your employees from across the counter. Remember we lead by example.
