“Went in to get my usual sandwich then thought of switching it up and try the Chicken bacon. Best decision ever! Oscar prepared my sandwich and made it really good! He did some recommendations that made the sandwich taste amazing! THANK YOU OSCAR ! YOU WERE GREAT! Excellent customer service.“

“3 dudes working the lunch shift, great customer service, friendly, chatting back and forth helping each other out. The place was rockin' & rolling along. Middle one was friendly & super hot - clearly holding the ship together and supporting the team. Then some chick shows up and starts laying into the new guy learning the register. Total vibe shift. I didn't catch everything being said, but from the expressions on the guys' faces and the sudden quiet intense focus on work, it was pretty clear whatever she was saying was totally unnecessary. Rest of the time was super quiet & subdued. The food was great, too bad seeing one person come in and kill a great team vibe tho. Fortunately it looked like half of them were ending their shifts for the day.“

“I was staying 5 mins away from this location for my 2 week vacation in LA and since I love sandwiches I had to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time.

I LOVE Subs - always have. I am from Berlin and we really don’t have anything like this here (except for subway but it’s horrible here) and let me tell you that I cannot tell you how amazing this was. I know - it‘s just a sandwich but to me, it’s more.

The love and care these people who worked here put into making you a sandwich is literally crazy to me. Every bite was amazing. I went 6x in my 2 week stay cause it was that good.

“Subs are great. Parking holds 7 or 8 cars. All spots were filled. I’ve noticed this is getting worst in recent months. I ordered online and waited 20 min past my estimated pickup time.
Because it was so crowded inside I got to see quite a lot. The employees are working hard to get orders done.
2 different groups asked for bathroom keys(probably because they waited longer than they expected) and were disgusted with the condition.“

“$20 for a sandwich meal seems a bit steep to me. (6 inch sub, fountain drink, chips, and box of cookies) I go to jerseys about 2 or 3 times a week but I think I’ll start packing my own lunch now haha. I wasn’t able to add steak to my chicken Philly despite being able to yesterday at a different location. Staff here always have a bad attitude too.“

“I usually don't leave reviews but I had to leave one after my last visit to Jersey Mike's on Hope in Downtown LA. Quante and David have to be best employees Jersey Mike's has. I was working a 16-hour shift and needed something to eat. I walked into Jersey Mike's at the last minute -- knowing people in the food industry absolutely hate this -- but both of these guys greeted me with unmatched customer service and the food they prepared was absolutely what I needed for this long shift. Not only did I receive great customer service from these two but I also had a great conversation with them as well. These guys definitely need a raise and should be recognized for their contributions to this company. Thank you, Quante and David -- y'all are the real MPVs.“

“I'd love ❤️ to share my amazing customer service experience here at this store. Valentino and Martin were fixing and serving my food. Valentino is one of those good guys. He's one of a kind and a joy to talk to.. He made sure my order was perfect. Martin's communication and smile alone will keep you coming back. He's a really nice guy. I was very surprised with these guys' attitudes because it was beyond positive. You could tell they enjoy the customers and their jobs. “Love Jersey Mike's! Always a good quality sandwich that's fresh sliced. They also make gluten free which is actually gluten free! No cross contamination when you say it's for an allergy. It's been 10 years since I ate a sandwich outside and I'll be back again and again!

“Horrible service! I had to wait to order. Then after my sandwich was ready to be dressed the clerk made two more sandwiches. I was the only one in the store. Then the clerk starts dressing all the sandwiches after I was waiting over five minutes. WhenI asked if he could finish my sandwich he said no he had to the ones for people who weren't there. I guess the don't want people come in and order sandwiches anymore. There were at least three people working but only one up front. I had to leave and missed lunch because I wasted my time trying to get Jersey Mikes. I guess I won't be coming back because this has happened the last few times I came in extremely slow service.
Would have been quicker to go to Norms and dine in.“

“I really enjoy their FRESH sandwiches. Did I say fresh? I have eaten there several times and the flavors are simply better than other sub shops. Place is clean and neat and the app worked flawlessly for me. I will be eating there more often. There are many options: get ingredients as a salad, get ingredients as a wrap. I also like the pricing of the same pricing for any sandwich.“

“Jersey Mike's just went up on their Prices a couple of months ago. They say they have New Owners. The Sandwiches are the best fast food chain to me on the West Coast, but they cut their slices of cheese to thin. Sometimes, I can't taste the cheese. Also, if your sandwiches don't look like the correct portions, you can ask them to weigh your Sandwiche for the correct position.“

“Though the vegetarian option here is not all that interesting (two kinds of cheese and green peppers…), I was extremely impressed by the service. Specifically, not only the staff person slicing the cheese but also the staff member putting together my sandwich changed their gloves before touching my food. This was without me asking! I thanked them both for being so conscientious and for caring about keeping my sandwich vegetarian even in this subtle way.“
