“There I stood upon the corner of Expo and Fig, emaciated, starved, and beyond the point of no return. I felt the hand of God gripping my stomach. I needed sustenance. Lost in the labyrinth of the unforgiving Los Angeles streets, the Jersey Mikes near USC appeared to me as an oasis within the vast urban jungle, a mirage beyond blessings.
Upon entering the establishment, their air conditioning unit revived my spirit and the hearty scent of vinegar and oil reinvigorated my appetite.

I ordered the #7 with no provolone, extra banana peppers and Mike’s way. It tasted like the very grapes fed to Augustus Caesar, like the fine wine sipped by Peter at the last Supper, akin to the ripened fruit irresistible to Eve.

Safe to say I was satisfied. The warm, welcoming, charismatic customer service surely didn’t hurt. My wait time was nearly non existent. I swore an oath to defend the name of Jersey Mike himself on Judgement Day. In darkest night and brightest day, no Jersey Mikes #7 shall escape my sight“

“I was staying 5 mins away from this location for my 2 week vacation in LA and since I love sandwiches I had to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time.

I LOVE Subs - always have. I am from Berlin and we really don’t have anything like this here (except for subway but it’s horrible here) and let me tell you that I cannot tell you how amazing this was. I know - it‘s just a sandwich but to me, it’s more.

The love and care these people who worked here put into making you a sandwich is literally crazy to me. Every bite was amazing. I went 6x in my 2 week stay cause it was that good.

“I usually don't leave reviews but I had to leave one after my last visit to Jersey Mike's on Hope in Downtown LA. Quante and David have to be best employees Jersey Mike's has. I was working a 16-hour shift and needed something to eat. I walked into Jersey Mike's at the last minute -- knowing people in the food industry absolutely hate this -- but both of these guys greeted me with unmatched customer service and the food they prepared was absolutely what I needed for this long shift. Not only did I receive great customer service from these two but I also had a great conversation with them as well. These guys definitely need a raise and should be recognized for their contributions to this company. Thank you, Quante and David -- y'all are the real MPVs.“

“I really enjoy their FRESH sandwiches. Did I say fresh? I have eaten there several times and the flavors are simply better than other sub shops. Place is clean and neat and the app worked flawlessly for me. I will be eating there more often. There are many options: get ingredients as a salad, get ingredients as a wrap. I also like the pricing of the same pricing for any sandwich.“

“Love Jersey Mike's! Always a good quality sandwich that's fresh sliced. They also make gluten free which is actually gluten free! No cross contamination when you say it's for an allergy. It's been 10 years since I ate a sandwich outside and I'll be back again and again!

“Horrible service! I had to wait to order. Then after my sandwich was ready to be dressed the clerk made two more sandwiches. I was the only one in the store. Then the clerk starts dressing all the sandwiches after I was waiting over five minutes. WhenI asked if he could finish my sandwich he said no he had to the ones for people who weren't there. I guess the don't want people come in and order sandwiches anymore. There were at least three people working but only one up front. I had to leave and missed lunch because I wasted my time trying to get Jersey Mikes. I guess I won't be coming back because this has happened the last few times I came in extremely slow service.
Would have been quicker to go to Norms and dine in.“

“Jersey Mike's just went up on their Prices a couple of months ago. They say they have New Owners. The Sandwiches are the best fast food chain to me on the West Coast, but they cut their slices of cheese to thin. Sometimes, I can't taste the cheese. Also, if your sandwiches don't look like the correct portions, you can ask them to weigh your Sandwiche for the correct position.“

“I love Jersey Mike's I am addicted the The Big Kahuna. I can't believe I actually ate the whole thing! I ordered the giant on white bread. Oh my goodness the best ingredients and absolutely never disappointed. I would've taken a picture but I was hungry guys! 😂“

“Though the vegetarian option here is not all that interesting (two kinds of cheese and green peppers…), I was extremely impressed by the service. Specifically, not only the staff person slicing the cheese but also the staff member putting together my sandwich changed their gloves before touching my food. This was without me asking! I thanked them both for being so conscientious and for caring about keeping my sandwich vegetarian even in this subtle way.“
