The customer service is outstanding and the employees are always helpful and friendly. I've been in there a few times to order and the lines aren't usually too long. Sometimes when you go at busy lunch time hours there's a couple people in line, but it goes fairly quick. I've tried quite a few different sandwiches, but my favorite is the chew steak one.
