“Visited Jersey Mike’s Subs and overall had a good experience. The sandwich was fresh, bread was soft, and ingredients tasted quality. The team was friendly and kept things moving even during a busy time. Only reason for 4 stars is the wait was a bit longer than expected and the place could have been a little cleaner. Still a solid spot and I’d come back again.“

“I had a great experience here yesterday 12/12/25. I ordered 2 sandwiches off the app for pickup around 12:50pm. The parking lot is weird, but once I parked and went inside, it was packed! Probably like 8-10 people in line. Workers were all busy & pushing sandwiches down the line.

I thought it was going to be like 10+ minutes to get someone to check on my pickup order, but immediately as I approached the pick-up area, I was acknowledged, greeted, and asked if I was picking up an order, which I replied, and picked up my order. I was in/out of the restaurant within 60 seconds, even as busy as they were. The employee that helped me wasn't dressed like the normal employee's and holding a clipboard, so maybe he was the manager/owner/trainer, but that was the fastest experience I've had picking up an order to any Jersey Mikes location.

Both sandwiches were made perfectly, I had some substitutions/changes, and everything was followed as I requested.
