When I arrived I felt like I was crossing a military checkpoint, as I was greeted by Nathan, who although was wearing a mask, was clear to see he was not happy to be there. Very cold service I received. As I ordered my meal, I asked if I could have it half chicken and half steak. He rudely denied me. Not only do I love Jersey Mike's sandwiches, which I recently discovered and can't get enough of their Italian sub, but I'm writing this to commend the staff there. I just finished my sub and was back at work when I realized my purse was gone. I thought I might've left it there and was in a panic. I quickly drove back and sure enough they had it back in the office and we're holding it for me. I LOVE Jersey Mike's sandwiches. They just hit the spot and are so well balanced. This location has a lot of promos going on, and because I live nearby, I'll often get mailed coupons (bless). All my experiences have been incredibly positive. The staff member are nice, they're quick, and it's never too crowded at this location.
