We’ve ordered from this McDonald’s several times and have repeatedly had problems. Sometimes the sauces are missing, and sometimes the burgers come with just a patty and none of the other ingredients. We’ve also found hair in the food, which is completely unacceptable. We’re very disappointed with the food quality and lack of attention to orders. Management needs to address cleanliness and make sure orders are checked before being handed to customers.
It’s a standard McDonald’s; sure, there are sometimes issues, but you’re in the US—that’s normal :)
Kai was a great worker for they were very patient.
