“I absolutely love this shop, it would be dangerous if I lived in the area… it’s located on Magnolia Street in a cute Burbank neighborhood, Little Nelly fits right in with its charming storefront and welcoming vibe. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. Even though I don’t live in the area, I have friends who do, and I often swing by when I’m in town because I also get my hair done at Dylan Keith salon nearby.

What I love about it: it’s a perfect place to pick up a thoughtful gift for the foodie in your life, and the food is consistently fantastic with something new to try each visit. The display and packaging feel special—even the jars add a cute touch.

Recent highlights: I went with the Lil Guy sandwich with French ham and a chocolate chip cookie to-go. So good on the drive home to Orange County. I also grabbed a jar of their buttermilk dressing to save time at home, and I brought home a quiche and a biscuit—both were amazing. “First time here yesterday and happy to keep coming back, had the hot pastrami sub and it was seriously good loved the mayo mustard combo with chopped tomato onion and pickles combined and layered generously over the whole sub Also had the Tonys special sub .. lots of fresh and tasty deli meats mortadella hams salamis and again the in-house mustard mayo combo .. awesome sandwich For a side I had the bow tie pasta which was cooked al dente with plenty of the marinated artichoke hearts and a great authentic Italian feel and flavour As this had now developed into leftovers for dinner given the size of it all I took us home a tiramisu for dessert later, and as with everything else well worth the eating Opened in 1979 and still going strong .. it’s easy to see why“
