Also their homemade Hot Italian Sausage, you can really taste the fennel seeds, and the hot pepper flakes hit you towards the end. I love how they use a natural casing to enclose EVERYTHING and gives that "snap" when biting into it. The Pizza Dough is "alive" and fermented perfectly, to allow the air bubbles to form and develop while baked. Speaking of baking, their oven temp setting is PERFECT giving that crusty outer exterior and soft pillowy crumb on the inside. Finally the order of Cannolis are NOT TO BE MISSED. . . The creamy ricotta filling is sweet and not "grainy/gritty" from the sugar. It's the perfect accomplishment to end you visit here!“

We arrived 10 minutes after our pick up-up time (flying in from Seattle and the Bay Area), and the chef put the pizzas back into the pizza oven to make sure they were piping hot. Delicious! Highest recommendation!“

“So there was a server who was so kind to me (im 13) and said that my ebike is so cool.i ordered a free pizza from a gift card from my school and i ordered bbq chicken pizza and they brought a very taste pepperoni pizza and then the server came and gave me the bbq chicken with some spices and he gave me and my friends coke for free. “This place is an institution and it is very good but not going to be your typical sub shop you likely are expecting. They are CASH ONLY, and all their subs coming with the same ingredients, no lettuce. The pickles, onions, and tomatoes are not slices, they are chopped up and literally scooped up and place on the sub. It is delicious and they are very large portions, just not typical, know before you go! Try something different, you may like it!“
