“It was a fund raiser for my granddaughters' school. The place was full of moms and dads, friends, neighbors, softball members, younger siblings and grandparents. The pizza and salad were Delicious and as soon as the kids ate they played the arcade games and fed quarters into the toy machines to see what prizes they would get. The Neapolitan-style pizzas are one of the best in SoCal. Ingredients offered are cultivated and paired with deliciousness in mind. The fresh ingredients shine quite well. Pastas are also prepared with the same attention to detail and won't disappoint.

Dining is best here, but I wouldn't have delivery if you're not close to any of their locations. Parking for this Silver Lake location is challenging; thus, plan accordingly.

“This is our go-to spot for pizza & salad delivery. A Lord Cheezus pie + the house salad with salami & peppadews + house-made ranch dressing= perfection. The crust is wood fired and feels somewhere between Neopolitan and NY style. Chewy, flavorful, not too thick- rly nice. The deep dish is fun as well. We first came here back when the chef who is now known for Two Rose bread started it, and the quality of the food has remained high. If you dine in there are nice wines and the place has a casual, cozy, dark atmosphere.“

“A Hidden pizza place on the second floor. We would have completely missed it if it wasn’t for the sign on the street. We noticed a lot of people coming in for pick up but decided to dine in. We picked the Biggio flavor and the pizza came out in 20 minutes. First bite was delicious. The sauce is tart and flavorful. The crust is chewy and light. Meat was crispy and plentiful. The price for the quality is amazing and in my husband words, “bomb”. We wish we found this place sooner and will definitely come back.“

“We love the ambience at gra. And I’m so happy to see more restaurants coming into the many vacant storefronts in this neighborhood. Gra has an incredible vibe. Wonderful service and unbelievably great music. We do wish for two things though. We love traditional full-bodied reds by the glass. They are hard to come by. One of the best spur of the moment stops ever - we absolutely loved the pizza and the service was phenomenal, super sweet server. We ordered two pizzas - margarita and the chef’s special apple/walnut/kale/caramelized onion/goat cheese. They were both amazing! We eat a lot of pizza and definitely have a new top favorite. Outdoor seating has both stellar views and people watching; there is a cute patisserie down the street that’s an amazing desert stop for the perfect date night; we will definitely stop by next time we are in town! Due to a smaller location in relation to space for seating, it is not recommended for anyone with a big group or wanting to linger. If you happen to be in Echo Park and need something less formal than say Masa just down the block, Triple Beam offers great pizza. For reference, I ordered the Vegan Margherita Pizza and ordered the Half-size since I hadn't eaten most of the day. If you're just looking for a snack, the big slice option should be plenty of food at an affordable price.“

“Their homemade Marinara Sauce, you can really taste the tomato and NO Tomato Paste is used to make it. The red sauce is more of a traditional Italian "Passata" tomato sauce. . . if you ever had freshly made passata, then you'd totally understand what I mean. Also their homemade Hot Italian Sausage, you can really taste the fennel seeds, and the hot pepper flakes hit you towards the end. I love how they use a natural casing to enclose EVERYTHING and gives that "snap" when biting into it. The Pizza Dough is "alive" and fermented perfectly, to allow the air bubbles to form and develop while baked. Speaking of baking, their oven temp setting is PERFECT giving that crusty outer exterior and soft pillowy crumb on the inside. Finally the order of Cannolis are NOT TO BE MISSED. . . The creamy ricotta filling is sweet and not "grainy/gritty" from the sugar. It's the perfect accomplishment to end you visit here!“
